The trip to Capri was wonderful. We were disappointed that we did not get to see the Blue Grotto. The tour guide on the bus had a hard time with English. The tour guide to Capri was excellent.

The tour was fine but we were not able to see the Blue Grotto due to weather conditions.

It was so smooth, no problem in showing the voucher and being serviced. Excellent way to book. I have been using this site for my clients for a long time, this was my first experience. Also the products shown are what one can expect, the details given on the site are very precise. I am indeed happy to have found this site and worked on it. Keep the good show up.

I was not told that the tour was to be given in multi-language. It made focusing on what was said and looking at the sites very frustrating as the guide had to translate sights far far in advance of seeing them.
Secondly, our tour guide was quite monotone in speech. She could have been reading from a tourist book for all I knew. The tour guide is really an integral part of the experience and as such, the local guide (for Capri only) gave us an enjoyable experience.
Other than that nothing worth noting except for the beautiful island of Capri and the Blue Grotto!!
I had trouble with the guides at the end. The guide did not meet the group at correct time causing whole group to be very late. The main tour guide was also rude.

Loved the trip! Capri is lovely and interesting; and the Blue Grotto is truly an experience. Would have liked more free time for shopping in both Capri and Anacapri.

Pick up at hotel was prompt! And the tour followed the outlined schedule to a tee. Explanations of what was expected of us were made throughout the tour. I'd use your company again on our next trip!

There was too much waiting. Capri was beautiful, but we saw nothing, really. We went to the Blue Grotto and waited a very long time to get in. I think the cruise ship passengers were allowed in before other tours, and they kept coming. Then we had the same problem with the buses to Anacapri. The passengers on the cruise ships were put on the buses before us.

Capri was beautiful, but the tour was terrible.

First the good stuff - the bus was clean, the guides were good, and Capri is beautiful. But...the lunch was horrible. The boat ride to Capri from Naples was rough - lots of people got sick. The Blue Grotto was closed, but the guide did a good job finding us another boat ride around the island which was breathtaking. After that - nothing. Bad food, shopping in either overpriced boutique shops or tourist traps, not much in between. Capri seems like a great place to visit if one is very wealthy and has a yacht, or if there's time to go to the beach on the other side of the island. For a few hour stay, there's just not much to do.

Capri is beautiful but we saw very little of it. Could have been more options for tourists. We wasted a lot of time. Lunch could have been served on boat - 45 min. free time! And during hour spent in restaurant and another hour given for shopping there could have been an option to walk or go by bus to other part of island, see Natural Arch in cliff, go up Mount Solaris, see Faraglioni cliffs going by motorboat or whatever. There are so many places to see, and tourism information centre gives maps for free. In 5 hours spent on island we could have done much more! We saw Blue Grotto, long line and short visit inside, and went up to Anacapri were was amazing panoramic view, and that's it. Of course, I understand that restaurants and shops need customers, but I paid already a lot and made a long way in order to enjoy the beauty of Capri's nature. Otherwise, the trip was nice - punctual and friendly guides, everything organized perfectly.

Didn't even get to Capri, let alone Blue Grotto. We were rerouted to Pompeii instead due to bad weather. We spent a total of two hours at Pompeii, which was very interesting, hosted by a fantastic tour guide, an absolute gentleman and very knowledgeable about Pompeii. Bus hostess was very helpful, but the rest of our 15 hour day was spent sitting on the bus being taken to souvenir shops and a pretty ordinary lunch stop which, while included in price, didn't cover the ridiculously overpriced drinks we had. Don't expect your refund for Capri to arrive easily - took me 6 weeks to get my money back. Ultimately Viator sorted it out because the tour company wouldn't answer my emails. I don't recommend the tour company at all - they were hard to deal with, buses were old and dirty, and I think our morning pick up driver was on his way home from a big night out by the way he smelled. Try your luck with another tour company if you go to Italy - overall, for 5 people it turned out to be a very expensive day to enjoy just 2 hours at Pompeii.

The landscape and the Blue Grotto were cool but not worth 8 hours of travel to get to from Rome. Felt rushed - it was like running a race. More time is needed to take in all the sights.

This was an OK trip, if I had to do all over again, probably not. Seemed rushed and the windy weather made us miss the Blue Grotto, which was the real reason for this tour. This is a LONG day almost 14 hours of riding in a bus, touring, walking and riding in a bus. WHEW!

Did not think the tour guide was up to standards. His descriptions of important sites along the way were mediocre. We enjoyed the Isle of Capri once we were there.
