Very nicely organized. Excellent tour guide in Capri, and seeing the beauty of the surroundings is an absolute must!

The bus trip and organization were both excellent. The tour guide on the Isle of Capri really made the visit worthwhile; he was humorous, well informed, and very reassuring. He seemed to really enjoy his job. The visit to the blue grotto was potentially hazardous, insofar that transferring from the motor boat to the the rowing boat was a bit frightening and there was a case for potential accidents. The row boat men were in too much of a hurry. However, I have no suggestion as to how else this adventure could be achieved. All told, I would recommend this visit and Viator services to other people. I would like to go again.

Great tour. We really wanted to go into the Blue Grotto but were unable to due to high tide. The guide however made our visit there very enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing! Very privileged to be able to see the Grotto. I've been told by several individuals, that after traveling so many miles, they were not able to see the Grotto due to the high tides. Truth be known, that we were the only ones, on our 10th wedding anniversary, to experience the grotto.

Capri was a beautiful island and the tour guide was informative and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. I would recommend it for other people traveling in Italy.

Even though we were unable to see the Blue Grotto because of the weather, we still had a very special day. Our guide went out of his way to show us all the beautiful spots on the island - he was so knowledgeable and helped make our day very special.

The Isle of Capri was breathtaking. Although the sea was too rough to enter the Blue Grotto, we still took a boat around to see the entrance. On the island, there is a chair lift to the top, where the scenery is phenomenal. There was also plenty of free time to shop and look around. I highly recommend this trip-it is a bit out of the ordinary and well worth it.

We were fortunate to get inside the Blue Grotto, however, it would have been nice to know what type of clothing to wear, as you actually get into the grotto by a small row boat, which was wet. We had to lay down in the boat to get through the small opening. Lunch was terrific. The only drawback to this tour was that on our way back, we stopped to meet up with another bus and combined passengers to make it convenient for our drop-offs. We were supposed to get in around 8:30 p.m., but did not get to the vicinity of our hotel until 10:30 p.m., at which time we had missed the World Cup Rugby Game.

AWESOME! Didn't make the Blue Grotto due to the seas, however it was much more informative seeing the rest of the isle. Great day trip!

My wife, son, two friends who traveled to Rome with us, and I took the Rome to Capri tour. Almost everything ran like clockwork from our pickup at our hotel to drop off at the end of the long and exciting day. The guide we had on the bus ride from Rome to the Naples port was pleasant, knowledgeable, and had an excellent command of the English language. She mentioned some interesting sites along our route and, along with the excellent driver, got us to the port of Naples on time. Our guide for the actual trip to Capri was excellent. He knew how to organize people and move us through the crowed areas efficiently. The Blue Grotto boats were backlogged and he wisely suggested we view some of the other areas of the island. It turned out that the grotto was closed later in the day but our guide quickly got another guide to give us a tour of the beautiful island. The tour went perfect and nobody complained about missing Blue Grotto at all. Our son even had time to take a quick swim before we had to make our boat back to Naples where our bus and original guide took us back to Rome. If I had to be critical of any aspects of the tour, I would say that the furniture tour could have been eliminated. Nobody in our group had much interest in the inlaid tables, we were more interested in the Limoncello factory! We had a great time.

This was amazing - we loved it! The tour guide was great, the trip on the bus was very good, and the place, Capri, is one of the most beautiful places on Earth, a must if you go Italy.
