Just like the experience of our airport to hotel transfer on the first day of our vacation, your driver was right on time to take us from our hotel in Rome to our cruise ship in Civitavecchia. We were so excited about leaving on our cruise, and the fact that we had pre-booked all of our transfers ahead of time took all the stress out of getting from place to place. Thanks, Viator! You are permanently bookmarked on my computer for quick access when we plan our next trip. Thanks for handling a task that could be terribly difficult when a traveller is in a strange new environment. Your knowledge of the local travel possibilities made a huge difference in the success of our vacation.

The gentleman who picked us up was wonderful. He arrived before our pick up time, giving us extra time to get ready, he made us very comfortable during the trip by answering all of our questions about Italy. He was just great.

Like all things you plan from a distance via phone or internet or e-mail you wonder about accuracy and promises. Viator came through with flying colors. Six people from central Rome to Civitavecchia port on time courteously as promised.

The driver was on time picking us up from our hotel, and we had a pleasant drive from Rome to Civitavecchia to meet our ship. The driver really was courteous and helpful. We would definitely use this service again.

Our travel agent recommended a transfer that was more than twice the price of this one. I was nervous about being on time for our cruise and the driver arrived exactly on time, in a large air-conditioned van. We were 4 people and there was plenty of room for all our luggage. The van was clean, the driver spoke English and was friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend booking this transfer.

This group transfer took place without a hitch. The bus arrived at the hotel on time and we arrived at the ship on time. Air-conditioned bus, nice driver, direct route and plenty of help with the luggage.
