The driver was prompt with a roomy van for the six of us and all of our luggage. It may have been due to the traffic and the fact that our transit took longer than the usual 90 minutes, but the driver was somewhat impatient at the end of the trip and would not wait for us to get all of our luggage transferred.

The van arrived to pick our group up at the hotel in Rome to transfer us to the cruise port and the van was too small to fit 8 people with two pieces of luggage each. They claimed that we were only allowed one piece, but our Viator confirmation said two pieces. Working with our driver, we were able to work out a solution using the existing van, but the van company was rude and not accommodating.

The bus driver that picked us up at the port, if he had waited where he should have been (rather than me looking all over the parking lot), all of us might have been happier. Otherwise this was OK.
