Well what can I say the day was wonderful. We saw so much in a short time. The guide we had knew so much and nothing was to much trouble for her. We were returned to our ship on time as well. I can't talk highly enough about Viatour's tour's. We will definitely use them again.
We couldn't asked for anybody better than our guide.
We can't say enough about this fantastic tour. The skip-the-line tickets alone are worth the price. Our guide, Uta, helped us navigate the crowds and explained everything we were seeing - she worked with us to plan the day so that we made the most of our short time in the eternal city. People on our cruise couldn't believe all that we were able to do and see. Don't miss this tour!

Rome was awesome. Never would have seen everything we saw without our guide. He was great. Ship was an hour late getting into port, so we were an hour late getting to the point where our driver picked us up. When we first got there (we had to take a shuttle out of the port to meet our guide) we couldn't find him, but after a few minutes we were in the van and on our way to Rome. Everything went smooth. Guide was really good. Got us in all the places without having to wait. Very informative. When you go to Rome, it is so much better to have a private tour. It is worth every penny you spend on it. You are able to see so much more. We also did the Livorno Excursion and it was awesome too. Viator is a good company to book through. Had no problems at all. Would recommed them highly.
Sophia our guide was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and was able to move around the city with ease. The bus driver was also very good and was right on time at every pickup.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful and informative tour given by Graham. It was a very memorable day with all the top site seen and discussed. We'd do it again in a heartbeat!
Highly recommend! Our tour guide, Graham, was very knowledgeable. There were 9 of us in the group and we all enjoyed the day. Our only concern was the confusion coming off of the cruise ship and trying to find the driver. Once we got to Rome, it was a day to remember!
The tour was fantastic. Our guide, Graham, was knowledgeable and made it fun and interesting for us. He knew his way around the city and took us directly to all of the sites we wanted to see. He knew of a great place to eat, PizzaRe', the pizza was great. He knew a lot of interesting facts and interjected humorous "tidbits" as well. He was from California so his English was perfect. We really had a great time and would recommend this tour. Thanks Graham!
My children and I absolutely loved this tour. Our guide was enthusiastic and made it interesting even for my 8 year old son. It was great to skip the lines and for the short time we were in Rome I felt we were able to see so much. It was well worth the money!
AMAZING!!! This tour was exactly what we hoped for. We had a very knowledgeable driver and guide. First, the driver picks you up at the ship and then you go to the Vatican where the guide is waiting for you. Both were experts on Rome and couldn't do enough to help us. (Rigas was our driver and Francesca was our guide) They will follow the standard tour but you can change it anyway you'd like.
People who took the tours our ship offered had a lot of trouble, but we got to do everything we hoped for and MORE!!
I can't recommend this tour highly enough if you have a short time in Rome!!!

I can not say enough! This tour was 1st class all the way! The Mercedes and driver were waiting for us at the ship, very easy to find. Smooth drive into Rome where we met our tour guide Claudia. So nice and welcoming. She new exactly when to move things along and where to spend a little more time. Beyond informative and entertaining. We started with Vatican City, which we flew into because of the 'skip the line' tickets. Spent a few hours here and were shown around and informed of all the history and had our questions answered. Colosseum was next, we also had 'skip the line' tickets for this as well. Then headed around the city taking in all the sights like, 4 Rivers Fountain, Trevi fountain, the Pantheon, Roman Forum, Spanish steps, and so much more. There were 2 of us on this tour and would have never been able to see and do everything we did if it wasn't for this tour, our amazing tour guide and driver. This is PERFECT for the cruiser. Especially with the 'skip the line' tickets included. IT is expensive but it is well worth it!!! THANKS CLAUDIA, VALENTINO, and VIATOR!!!!
