I was very pleased with the high quality of service provided. We really could not have asked for more. Our ship arrived late so we were a little rushed, but we still saw everything on the itinerary. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. We would not hesitate to use them again.
Wonderful! Outstanding! Super tour with a fantastic tour guide! Nicolas (sic) is the most wonderful guide we could ever expect. We wish that we could have booked more tours with your company in the other countries visited. His detailed explanations of each site visited were so wonderful that we are so happy to have had the privilege and good luck to have this particular guide. Thank you very much.
You can't really experience Rome in day but this tour was great for a few highlights. The tour guide was outstanding. Her knowledge of the sites was amazing and her passion really shined through. Her English was also very good. We booked through Viator at half the cost of the similar cruise excursion. Well worth it!
The guide and driver were great -- knowledgeable about the sites, knew the best routes around the city and were particularly adept at that getting us through the mass of other tourists so we didn't have to wait long no matter how crowded things were. We were very pleased and think it was a good value.
By far, this was the best day we spent in Italy. Our guide was amazing. Her knowledge of what we were visiting and the best way to avoid the crushing crowds made the day enjoyable. She got us from place to place without incident while watching out for the older members of our group. The Vatican museum and St. Peter's were more beautiful than any pictures we have ever seen. The Sistine Chapel made you catch your breath and just stand there in awe of what Michaelangelo had accomplished. Everyone, no matter your faith, should see this beautiful place. I am so happy we chose this tour rather than others we reviewed. Not having to wait in long lines gave us more time to enjoy what we had traveled there to see. It was an extraordinary experience.
Great tour, very knowledgeable tour guide. Francheska was wonderful. A bit pricey, but worth it.
I cannot say enough positive things about this tour! Worth every penny! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we saw the most important things in Rome in one day. Highly recommend!
Can't praise our guide Francesca enough. Francesca is so knowledgable on the history of the Vatican museum and of the Coliseum that it made the day fly by. Francesca's passion for the topic made the information come alive. Our lunch stop was wonderful and the food and service were outstanding.
For anyone thinking about this tour I highly recommend it and hope that you are lucky enough to have Francesca as your guide.
WOW! what a great adventure Rome in One Day was. It is just as it is advertised. I believe we saw most of Rome in a day. Our tour guide kept us moving forward and on track. Thank you Nicolai. Our family loved it. 2 Adults and 2 Kids (7 and 11)
We had an excellent tour with a very professional guide, who showed excellent knowledge and with passion, which has to be commended because of the frequency of the tours and the crowded venues. Would definitely use Viator again, very well organised for cruise ship tours.

This tour was the highlight of our cruise! The entire day was well organized and well run. Our tour guide, Nicola, was superb!!! He made the tour even better. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about everything he described. Being able to bypass the long lines at Vatican City was worth every penny of the tour! The lunch at Cybo was delicious. The quaint restaurant was a perfect fit for the tour. Nicola's knowledge of the Coliseum was extensive. We learned so much. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to make the most of their day in Rome.
