Since we only had a full day and a half to see the sights of Rome, we elected to take on both tours back-to-back with lunch included. We were picked up from our hotel, which made it easier for us to start the day, and waited a few minutes at the tour office for everyone in our tour to arrive. The tour guides we had in the morning and afternoon were awesome - very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was interesting. The tiring part was waiting in line to enter St. Peter's, since everyone needs to go through security check, so you still have to wait in line if you want to enter any of the famous historical sites.

The lunch we had was not very good, but several of the restaurants around Rome did not leave a lasting impression. The food is overpriced for what you get, and beware of cover charges with additional service charges in excess of 20 percent of your bill. Everything is a la carte, and the wine is cheaper than water.

This was the first tour we did on the first day we arrived. It was good to get an overview of the city and to see the most popular sights of the city. The guide was a native Italian, but spoke understandable English. The only negative was St. Peter's. The guide does not go in with you to explain things. You are on your own in all the sights. I would do this tour, but also include the Vatican tour to see St. Peter's.

I really enjoyed both tours, morning and afternoon. I did not do the lunch, but had time to enjoy a lunch on my own. I would do these tours again.

This was a fun tour. There's a lot of walking, and it's a great one to do in your first days of visiting Rome. The walking was fast paced but not too strenuous. We had a great tour guide. Our hotel pickup was convenient and on time.

The sites were very interesting, but the tour guide was just OK.

We really needed radios with head sets, as it was very hard to hear. I wished they had given us a little more information at St.Peter's Basilica. The guide left us at security. We had no explanation inside.

This was a good tour, though I had some trouble hearing the tour guide.

I thought our tour guide was very friendly and even with all of the chaos happening in town the tour was very enjoyable. Thank you.

We've done this same tour before through another company, but the guide on this one was the best one we've had in Italy. Our only regret is that he didn't accompany the tour inside the Basilica to give some info - he just ushered us in, then said to meet outside in 30 minutes.

This is a great trip to do so you don't miss anything in Rome. Well done!

The order of things was great, but it left little time to spend at the Basilica. If you don't have anything booked after this tour, it is worth staying longer on your own at the Basilica. There's too much to see in too little time.

A little walking, but worth doing. The tour did not guarantee direct access to the Basilica, so we had to wait in line better than 20 minutes. The lunch that was included with our tour was a pretty decent meal in a nice little place.
