I could have used another hour or so in free time. The lunch was poor, and I had to pay for water. Wine I can understand paying for, but water?

What a day this was. I really didn't like the fact that we had to spend our precious time in a leather factory shop. It was way overpriced and I wonder if the guide doesn't get a kickback from the leather store. The guide did not give us good information about when and where we would meet at the end of time. She also walked so fast through town and on 4 occasions lost people. The information about the trip said we would have time to shop, we had about 15 minutes. I do not recommend this trip at all, a waste of money.

The reservation done prior my trip was handled very well, but the one made from the hotel was not. They did not offer to pick up us.

First off, the employees in Rome are rude. I would not do this again. Our tour in Florence was nice and our guide was nice. They include lunch but it was horrible, by far the worst food we ate in Italy.

Too much time was spent in the bus. You need to go for the night. The places we went were great, but we spent most of the day indoors, either in the restaurant or in the bus. What we saw was fantastic. It is an amazing place.

Florence is very beautiful, and definitely must see, but the food and the tour guide were very bad.

The tour felt rushed. The local guide was wonderful; he provided great stories and information on the art in the Academy Museum. The rest of the day felt so rushed that I don't feel like I really got to experience Florence. In fact, our guide rushed us away from Ponte Vecchio before we could even take pictures! Although there was time at the end to explore on your own, we were not provided with maps. I would recommend saving Florence for when you can do it yourself.

We were told that we could leave our belongings on the bus while we walked through Florence. When the bus came back to pick us up (15 minutes late), there were 13 people sitting in our seats! The guide told us that there were 48 seats on the bus and as soon as everyone found a seat, we would be on our way. We sat mostly in the back because of the way the interlopers spread themselves out, and they complained every time we asked that the AC be turned on. Very disappointing. We would not recommend this tour operator to anyone.

Spent more time on the road than touring around. Could be better if we were given more time to explore on our own. Also lunch was really late at 1:30pm with no heavy breakfast, it was a real drag.

Everything went great until we were entering into Rome late. The tour guide recommend we get of at one of the prominent hotel stops and get a cab to our hotel because we were going to be last and it was going to be very late. That cab cost me an additional unbudgeted 20 Euro expense. It was a great disappointment to an otherwise great day!

The tour was organized relatively well, but some of the guidance given was inconsistent. The main problem on the day we went was that one French couple (who comprised 5% of the group) demanded that the tour be conducted 50% in French.

This tour had the potential to be amazing, given the right tour guide and more time. Going to museum was rushed, but the local guide was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation. The food provided was awful; the meal was very salty and did not taste good. Unfortunately, it was the worst meal I had during our 16-day trip to Italy. It would have been nice to not feel pressured to go to the leather shop and spend more time at the museum or visit the Uffizi.

The only valuable thing on the trip was David. We did not experience any of the charm of Florence.

Our Florence guide was mechanical, could have been a recording. She didn't really care if all the participants were there, before moving on the next attraction. Therefore I wasn't surprised when a number of people almost got lost. Only Japanese language guide from Rome took any real interest in participants needs. The tour was way overpriced.

I didn't think much of this tour. Our tour guide was walking so fast that we lost her. It rained off and on also. Another couple got lost and our return trip back to Rome was delayed by two hours.
