The tour guide was outstanding. Also we had three different languages on board and you accommodated them all. We will absolutely use your services in the future. Bus was clean and easy riding. The driver was also excellent.

This was a great way to see Florence. The tour was worth it, and having them pick you up at your hotel is great, you don't have to worry about anything.

Florence was amazingly beautiful!!! Really different from Rome. It was more spaced out and a little less touristy. Definitely recommend it. The free time that we had to go shopping and such was wonderful. Lunch was pretty good too. Guide was fantastic!!! The little stops and demonstrations were really cool.

What an outstanding trip. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, and spoke five different languages. It was a long day, but the scenery on the drive was beautiful. The Academy Museum is worth the drive. Plus, you do not stand in the incredibly long line.

We had a wonderful day in Florence. Hotel pick-up was quite convenient, our tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and the mix of guided tours and free time was just right. I would definitely recommend this tour to those who have limited time but still want to experience the highlights of Florence.

We had a first class tour experience courtesy of the well-knowledgeable tour staff. Definitely, it is definitely highly recommended.

I suggest that the bus should be replaced with the train. It will take less than 2 hours from Rome to Florence instead of a minimum of 3 hours.

As a single female traveller with a very short time in Italy, this was a great experience. The local guide was excellent, the lunch was very good, and there was plenty of free time to shop and look around. I recommend this trip to anyone looking for a hassle-free way of seeing the highlights of Florence.

The tour guide was excellent. I would like to have seen more of Florence and less lunch.

We loved it. Just skip the lunch, which was awful. You're better off getting a pizza and having more free time.

Ending near our hotel was very confusing to say the least! It would have been better if we had been let off at the end of the street our hotel was on, as it was it took us a while to find our street, let alone our hotel!

This may have been my favorite! I loved visiting Florence and seeing David as well as Ponte Vecchio and a detour to a leather gold shop.

Who could possibly not enjoy the city that gave birth to the Renaissance, David, Duomo and the rest. Food was good, guides knew their stuff and my only regret is that I didn't have more time to spend in a place like Florence.
