The local tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and looked out for the group. I wish we had more time in Florence as the shopping looked to be better than Rome. However, this gives me the perfect excuse to return and stay in Florence next time!

My day-trip to Florence was done mostly so that I could accompany my friend who was on her first trip to Europe. The trip, the tour and the food were all great (but I wish we had chosen to spend the night because there was a lot more to see in Florence!). Overall, I would highly recommend this tour with an extended overnight stay. Also, since we were staying in a rented apartment and not a hotel, we appreciated the tour bus driver dropping us off near our apartment at the end of the day.

It was a fantastic ride from Rome to Florence. I did not like the long walk to the selected restaurant. The sites on the walk to the restaurant were not interesting. Also, the food was not good. I would have preferred to eat at one of the nearby piazzas.

This was a very good day. The bus ride was long but beautiful. Seeing the David and other art at the museum was fantastic, as was the visit to the cathedral. Lunch was pretty good, much better than on the other tours. We could have used some additional free time for shopping and exploring, and the guide on the bus was only so-so - her English was marginal. The guide who toured us through Florence was excellent. Overall this was a good tour.

I've been to Florence before and this was a typical bus trip. Definitely worth doing, but nothing particularly off the beaten track or unusual.

Enjoyed very much! Tour guide could have been better. Hard to understand everything he said. Accademia tour guide seemed to have "rushed" us through, a little disappointed about this.

This was a good trip. Would have liked more free time to walk around Florence.

Was an okay trip. Tour guide a little hard to understand. Seeing the David statue in the museum was worth the trip.

We were picked up promptly at our hotel and then transferred to a very comfortable bus for the trip to Florence. The guides that met us in Florence were informative and friendly, plus they spoke English very well. The day was truly enjoyable and informative.

The tour guides need to walk a little slower. I had older people and a person with a cane.

Shortening the lines was great. Tour guide in Florence was great. The lunch was cheesy, like a mass mediocre feed. Give us another hour on our own to eat. Drop off is incredibly slow going from hotel to hotel. Still, it was worth it.
