It was a four hour bus ride to and from Florence. The place we stopped for a break was some family business and a tourist trap. Our guide focused the entire time on David. I think it is pretty cheap that water isn't even included in your lunch. I'd definitely spend the 220 on something else.

Wish they included more sites to visit than spend tons of time at the leather/gold shop!

I was a little disappointed with the trip to Florence. Michelangelo's statue of David was stunning, as were other works of art in the Accademia. However, I found the city of Florence somewhat dirty and commercial, which surprised me. Lunch was not great. The tour was shared between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking travelers, so the tour guide had to split time between the two groups. There are several beautiful buildings in Florence.

This was too rushed, especially for a mixed language tour. It seemed like a lot of time was wasted speaking in the different languages.

We spent too much time on the bus and too much time at the halfway point. Too much of this tour is dedicated to the stop and our presentation at the leather store and jeweler. It is a definite set-up, and it cost us time to see Florence. We only had an hour in Florence, really. Our guide was arrogant and he did not field many questions. He even tried to dissuade my wife from asking questions, saying it would take too much time. He could have said less and just answered her question. We also felt like we did not have enough time in the gallery. Michelangelo's David was great, but we did not have much time to see other works of art. The food was fine.

our guide wasn't great, but we got to see the Statue of David, which was the main reason to go.

Our tour guides were insufficient and not competent. They almost lost people in the crowds and made little effort to keep people in view. The tour had too much driving and not enough touring.

We did not get as much information as we would have liked. The tour was very basic.

This tour felt extremely rushed and we would have liked to spend a bit more time seeing other sights in the city.

Florence guide was mechanical, could have been a recording. Only Japanese language guide from Rome took any real interest in participants needs. Not having the bus stop at Piazzale Michelangelo for a Florence overview was a negative. We took a taxi so that our grandkids could see the city from above.

I could have used another hour or so in free time. The lunch was poor, and I had to pay for water. Wine I can understand paying for, but water?

What a day this was. I really didn't like the fact that we had to spend our precious time in a leather factory shop. It was way overpriced and I wonder if the guide doesn't get a kickback from the leather store. The guide did not give us good information about when and where we would meet at the end of time. She also walked so fast through town and on 4 occasions lost people. The information about the trip said we would have time to shop, we had about 15 minutes. I do not recommend this trip at all, a waste of money.

The reservation done prior my trip was handled very well, but the one made from the hotel was not. They did not offer to pick up us.

First off, the employees in Rome are rude. I would not do this again. Our tour in Florence was nice and our guide was nice. They include lunch but it was horrible, by far the worst food we ate in Italy.

Too much time was spent in the bus. You need to go for the night. The places we went were great, but we spent most of the day indoors, either in the restaurant or in the bus. What we saw was fantastic. It is an amazing place.
