Tour bus OK, though this was our least favorite tour. The meal we had at dinner was cooked fine but my wife cooks at least as good or better pasta and the quality of the ambiance was cheap. This restaurant was clearly a clearing house for tour groups who know nothing about good Italian food. We found much better places to eat on our own in Italy, and the wine they served was a joke, some cheap slightly carbonated self labeled junk. We requested and did receive a replacement bottle of real-label Chianti without additional cost, but in the end the only good thing about the dinner was the singers who were the most talented people in the restaurant and basically made the evening OK. Wait staff bare minimum quality. Management was clearly not reflecting friendliness.

Not worth the money. Dinner was terrible and you have to eat with perfect strangers. They try to sell you cd's and pictures while you eat dinner.

The tour was pretty boring, but the dinner was fantastic, the singers were great, and the food was good. However, the tour left us at the restaurant to get our own taxi back to the hotel, which we got ripped off for twenty Euro. You should just arrange the dinner part on your own.

This is a total waste of money! The only illumination worth seeing is the Trevi Fountain, and you don't need a coach ride to see this, just catch the metro to Trevi for a euro and save yourself time and money. Basically it is a ride in a coach, in the dark, with many nationalities on board meaning that by the time the guide was explaining something it was half a mile back up the road. There was about 20 on the coach, with repeated commentary in English, German, Spanish and Chinese. When we did Paris it was much more personal for less money and all in one language. The meal, forget it. No choice. Miles from anywhere, with no ambiance. Save your money and grab a fabulous meal at Donay restaurant instead. I can't stress enough how bad it was.

I booked the tour with dinner included and did not get the dinner. The tour guide did not let me and my daughter get off the bus when it was time for dinner. It was to long because we had to drive around for 2 hours letting every one off. Never again.

We had a bus which was covered in advertising and therefore the windows were difficult to see out of, we couldn't take photos and everyone on this bus was disgusted at this. The food was awful and the only they delivered people blocks from their hotels at 11pm at night including one single older lady on her own. Would not do again.

This was not a good value for the money spent. The tour starts in daylight, therefore most of the sites are not in full illumination, and this just repeats what we were seeing on the day tour. Our guide gave the commentary in 3 languages, plus another person gave a Japanese translation, making it very hard to follow. I noticed most buses stopped at the Vatican for a photo opportunity, but we whizzed past. We were dropped at the restaurant with no word from the guide at what time he would be back to pick us up. The meal and entertainment at the restaurant was fine. Just before our meal finished, we received a phone call from the guide telling our group and another on the same tour that the bus had broken down and that we would have to catch a taxi back to our hotel. We were to get a receipt and present it to the tour bus office the next day for a refund. We were not happy. As we could not return to their office, a couple at our hotel offered to submit the receipt for us as they were going on another of their tours.

Tour wasn't very good but the dinner was OK.

The bus tour was OK. The guide had to speak very fast in order to present the tour in several languages. By the time he started talking about one site, it had already passed us. The dinner was horrible, we went to a cheesy place where 2 singers screamed their tunes while we tried to eat our overcooked meat and dry noodles. The dinner reminded us of a cheap buffet with watered down wine. We could have walked around the town and had dinner in our room with more satisfaction than this tour. We feel it was a big waste of money.

Rome is neat by night, but we zipped past everything so fast. Only six of us were at the dinner, and they just dropped us off halfway through the tour for the dinner. Then the bus came 25 minutes early to pick us up from dinner, and wouldn't let us finish dessert. The was the best-priced night tour of Rome with dinner, I just wish we enjoyed the dinner more.
