The tour is an excellent value, with a great number and variety of important sites to see in Rome. The tour guide was excellent in all respects. Her command of the history and facts regarding the sites was very thorough. She was very thorough in her responses to all questions. Her command of a variety of languages is impressive and enabled all members of the tour group to be included equally. We will certainly use Viator in the future and recommend to others.
This was great and we saw quite a few places we didn't see the last time. It may start late due to the crowds so it may run late. Good guide but you better keep up.
I had a really hard time confirming this tour when I got to Rome. It was also in English and Spanish, which meant that the tour guide repeated everything twice. Despite those things, I really enjoyed the sites that we were taken to, especially Piazza Navona. The tour finishing at St. Peter's was a little inconvenient on a Sunday because it was too crowded and busy to actually do much sightseeing there. Still, an enjoyable experience.
Tour was good. It was hard to hear our guide sometimes even with the electronic/ear plug. At a certain part of the tour we had another group join us and that was a bit confusing. It sounded like after our tour ended the guide was continuing with another consecutive activity which was also a bit confusing.
Although the booking process worked well we were disappointed with the service we received in Rome. Admittedly the weather made things difficult (lots of snow!) but even so we would have expected better communications with us on changes/delays/cancellations that resulted.
