Italian Wine and Cheese Tasting in Rome
Enjoy a glass of local white wine paired with a slice of fresh Ricotta, followed by a traditional red wine accompanied by Roman coppiette (beef jerky) and porchetta, a slice of spicy pork stuffed with herbs. End your tour with another delicious white wine, which will go perfectly with a slice of Pecorino Romano, a salty, hard Italian cheese. While sipping and nibbling, your guide will introduce you to the world of Italian wines and artisan cheeses, and explain the differences between their colors, flavors and origins.

Fantastic. Great wines, cheeses and company, held in a great wine bar in the back streets of Rome.

Ursula was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great way to spend an hour after sightseeing all day and before dinner. There were three Italian wines (2 whites and 1 red) and small food pairings. It takes place at a great little wine bar just off Campo dei Fiori. Recommended!
