This bike tour is absolutely great! Don't worry if you're a little nervous as the pace is slow and the guide keeps a regular check on everyone. I'd say I'm quite confident on a bike but dread climbing hills. The bikes are great - using the gears make it an easy ride to the top. My friend was a little shaky on the bike but he absolutely loved it. The groups are small and you avoid traffic and busy places for the most part. We spent our last afternoon in Rome doing this tour and I must say this is the perfect way to see Rome as you visit a lot of the main attractions!

This bike trip is sensation!!!! We have done several bike trips now in Europe and with Simona as our guide it was truely first rate. Apart from visiting most of the main sites, it gave us a wonderful overview and perspective of the big city. No doubt this bike tour went a long way to making Rome the highlight of our European trip. I highly recommend this trip to every one. P.S. just don't wear jeans as one Wally did and then whinged!!!! There is one born every minute hey.

This tour was fantastic. The time goes by faster than expected and the bike ride is not bad at all. We went all over the city and saw great views from all angles. I was very happy with this tour and Bruno, the tour guide was very friendly and fun. He made the ride enjoyable for us.

This tour made our holiday so much more special as we managed to see so much more of Rome and our guide was very informative. We were very lucky to have her to ourselves as we were the only ones cycling that afternoon. The one or two hills are well worth the unbeatable views of Rome. We would fully recommend this tour!

Our tour leader provided an outstanding experience. It's hard to say which of the two bike tours I did with this firm was my favorite. Our guide knows his history, and picks low traffic routes also. For people who want to have an active vacation in Rome and to come away with more in-depth knowledge of many monuments, churches, historic sites, and the culture, book this tour.

The bike tour was the highlight of my Rome visit. Guide showed pics from a book on ancient Rome as we viewed the current look of the site from our bikes. Learned more about Rome in 4.5 hours than I thought possible. Great behind the scenes stuff that most tourists will never see without an insider like the guide we had. Top notch 27 speed comfortable mountain bikes, like new with great components and excellent disk brakes. Guide was very careful and I felt safe and comfortable. Rode mostly small roads, alleys and quiet places, stopped at a cool pub for a break and a beer. Had time to go inside many sites too. Walked through gardens. One of the greatest tours I've ever experienced. If you are worried about the safety - don't. Rome might be hectic but the drivers are usually attentive and the tour guide is very professional. The best thing to do is to take this tour at the beginning of your trip to Rome to have a nice and clear idea about the eternal city.

Had a wonderful time on this scenic tour of Rome. The hills were a little challenging, especially with the temperatures over 100 F, but we had a blast and the views were spectacular. I highly recommend this tour if you are comfortable climbing hills and riding with street traffic. Our guide was top notch.

The bike tour was a great way to see Rome in a few hours. We were able to stop at a number of areas for photos and a closer view of some structures as well as see a lovely overview of the entire city! Our guide was very helpful and gave us some inside tips and interesting facts as well. AND- my feet didn't hurt at the end of the day (which they would had I walked around the entire day)

A brilliant day out. An excellent way to see the city in half a day and work some pizza! Not for an inexperienced cyclist, however was confident and experienced and so wel always felt safe!
