Great evening tour and the meal prior to the tour at a restaurant near the Trevi Fountain was very nice!
Our tour was done with Sev as a guide. He is an archeologist that teaches at the University. I have to say that he was the most interesting and informative guide I ever had. Sadly it rained most of the time and the Colosseum closed the underground portion due to heavy rain but Dev made it well worth it to stay.
Had so much fun on this tour! Hilarious guide, and a wonderful experience that I will never forget. You should however do this tour on one of your first days in case you see something you want to see in daylight as well.
Marcello gave us a fabulous tour. Dinner was excellent, and the hotel pickup/dropoff made this super-convenient for our first night in Rome.
Our guide Marcelo made this tour a spectacular experience in Rome. He sure knows that what you love work out always for the better and he sure loves his works! Thanks
We enjoyed the tour, the restaurant was also very good (just a shame there wasn't a third choice of starter and Main course). Our guide (Not sure of her name now, could have been Sandy) was great and also our driver. The walking time was just about right. Only a shame the Trevi fountain can't be viewed fully at the moment but we understand repairs do need to be made to get it back running to its full beauty again. Just means we need to return to Rome in the future to look at it again another time.
Marcello was patient with our group and I liked that he was able to translate multiple languages.
As always Viator have never let me down excellent tour guide and a very good meal. The good part was that we were not sat on a coach all the time we were shown parts of Rome that we would never have found
Very nice(bus driver and guide from 1-10 I, We will give them 10.
Mario the tour guy tried very hard to make it a great experience. He also had a great sense of humour.
Well worth seeing Rome by night. Very informative guide and excellent meal.
Rome is beautiful at night! I did this tour at the beginning of my trip, and it was a great introduction to the city. Our guide Marcello was a lot of fun, and I really liked that we made two stops and explored the city on foot as well as by bus. I particularly liked the stop in Trastevere, which is a charming neighborhood.
This was a great introductory tour of Rome. We arrived late in the afternoon and used this tour as an overview. Our guide Marcello was very entertaining and included helpful info on getting around in Rome: dealing with the traffic. He was also very funny!
Excellent. Sandra was our tour leader and she was very informative. It was great experience.
The Tour was scheduled for Jan 1 2014. It was well planned by Carrani Tours. Marcello our guide was awesome! He shared a lot of information with us about the monuments we visited and anecdotes too. it was a wonderful experience..
wonderfull, the tour guide was very passionate about her job, the details were unlimited. .It was the best part of my entire vacation
I had the most amazing tour guides who explained the history and seemed to enjoy the tour as much as our group. The city was beautiful at night and the walking to Trevi Fountain allowed us to become part of the rich history of the city.
Considering we had just flown in to Rome that very morning....this was our 1st tour of the city, and it was quite memorabable, and got us started off on our trip with some knowledge of the city.
Guide Alessandra was very informative and energetic. It was a very pleasurable tour.
