Our tour guide, Georgia was very informative and entertaining! She escorted us into the auditorium, which seated approximately 6000 people and prepared us for what we were going to experience. The setting is very festive, people and bands from all around the world who are recognized by the Cardinals throughout the ceremony. The audience cheers, some play musical instruments, some sing as they put on a show for the Pope who acknowledges them with a wave and a blessing. It was a remarkable experience witnessing and being a part of this special ceremony in which the Pope blesses the audience, religious articles and family. It's a once in a lifetime experience.

We booked the Papal Audience and we had the best seats thanks to our guide. She was awesome!!!! She was courteous, responsive and attentive to all our needs. We were able to get front row center section. On a scale from 1 to 10; our guide was a 12. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Confirmed with local office the day before. Got intructions on where to meet 15mins before actual tour time. Well organised. Great seats in the Papal Audience Hall as it was too hot outside and they wanted to make sure the Pope did not have to stand outside in 98degree weather. Great for the audience also! Nice air conditioned hall and we got to see him from just a few rows back.

Was so pleased with the whole organisation that we booked for the tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel the following day. Well worth the money. Thank you.

Our tour guide was very fast and got row 1 at the Papal Audience. We could not believe it! She gave a nice presentation including personal newspaper from when Pope John Paul II passed away. I expected a solemn event - but there was lots of clapping, singing, dancing and flag waving.

I found that the wording of the info for this tour was very misleading. Our tour guide (a lady named Deborah) did a wonderful job - she got us in very quickly after the gates were opened (3rd row seats right in the middle). We assumed that since the tour started at 8:30 and lasted 2 to 2 1/2 hours that the Papal Blessing would be over at around 11 - which was good for us because we had to catch a train at 1:15. Unfortunately we had to leave at 12:00 noon before the Audience was completely over so we wouldn't miss our
train. I really think you should try to make this clearer in your description of the tour.
