Outstanding visit to the Amalfi region. Far exceeded my expectations. Guide /driver was very knowledgeable, courteous and a delight to be with. We were in the front row of the eight seater van with the driver ,so having someone like him for the 14 hour journey was great. The drive down the Amalfi coast was thrilling and the town of Positano was positively charming. Our guide in Pompeii was extremely knowledgable and exciting. All in all, a great trip. Wish it had lasted longer than the 14 hours door to door!

This was a most enjoyable tour. It is nice to have a small group and not a huge bus. This is a beautiful trip and our driver (guide) gave us a lot of information as we were driving.

When the small black van pulled up in front of our hotel, I was skeptical. There were eight of us, nine with our tour guide and the van was full. By the time we reached the "mama mia highway" I understood the reason for the small van! I was happy to be a passenger and not a driver on that road. Our tour guide was fantastic. He pointed out interesting buildings, sites and places all while navigating the highway along the Amalfi Coast. Our first stop was in Amalfi and one of the highlights was the Limoncello factory our tour guide showed us tucked away into the narrow streets. Positano was next on the list where we ate at Chez Black by the beach and had two hours of free time. Pompeii was our last stop and certainly amazing. A tour guide from Pompeii took over and explained the amazing wonder that is/was the town of Pompeii. The tour seemed somewhat rushed, but only because we saw a lot in a short day. This is a great tour if you are only in Italy for a short time and are trying to see as much as possible. The next time we are in Italy we will be spending more time in this area because of what we saw on this tour. Thank you to our amazing tour guide!

This was fabulous! The Amalfi coast is not to be missed. Poisitano is magnificent ( side note -known for it's pizza I was skeptical it could be that good (from Boston and NYC) but the best pizza I ever had!) If you are a shopper you'll like the ceramics, lemon products the area is known for and the handmade sandals! I took the tour for the Amalfi Coast and not Pompeii but enjoyed Pompeii far more than I imagined. We had a local guide Hector who was terrific. I saw people doing the "headset" tours and I guarantee they did not enjoy it as much as we did in our group. If you are lucky you will get Adrianna as your guide for the day. She was fun and knowledgeable and very patient as we had a woman who was always behind schedule! A very long day but well worth it!

We were fortunate to get the best tour guide in Pompeii--Gaetano Manfredi--he is mentioned by name in the Rick Steves tour book. Unforgettable experience.

It was a wonderful day. Max was a guide full of information and a very adept driver on the narrow twisting roads. The guide at Pompeii was outstanding. We are so glad we did this tour!

A long day, but what a day.
I was picked up at my hotel before 7am and a small group of nine of us enjoyed an amazing day. Both our guide and driver were well informed and there were plenty of photo stops along the Amalfi Coast and tips of where to go and what to buy when we made stops in Amalfi and Positano.
Our guide in Pompeii was very informative and the sights there were truly amazing, especially the almost complete baths and houses.
Having said that, the one thing that will leave you opened mouthed is the quality of the driving around Naples. Better than any rollercoaster and those of a nervous disposition may want to shut their eyes at that point.

FANTASTIC TOUR! We enjoyed every minute of it even though the weather wasn't great. It's the perfect way to see the Amalfi Coast :)
