I am so glad to have the opportunity to compliment your driver guide. He was delightful, informative, compassionate and funny. I was not feeling well - he even had to stop the car for me - and he was considerate, concerned and helpful. You have a gem there. He was so professional in all ways, even wearing a suit!

This was exceptional from start to finish! Our guide and our driver were extremely professional and informative. They made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. We especially liked our direct pick up and drop off at our hotel. Thank you for a lovely tour!

We took the Pompeii and Amalfi Coast Small Group Day Trip from Rome in early June. Our group included 8 family members from ages 10 to 81. I would like to compliment Viator and the tour company on a well organised and executed tour. While in Rome, we received two separate phone calls to verify details. On the day of the tour, the minivan shoved up promptly at our apartment as agreed. The driver was professional and pleasant, spoke sufficient English, and was an excellent driver. The car was clean and the A/C worked well. In Pompeii, the local tour guide was ready and waiting for us. His tour was informative, well delivered and quite entertaining. He payed attention to details, always directing us to the shade at every stop and allowing time for older people to catch up. The boat trip from Positano to Amalfi is beautiful. I do wish we had more time in Positano and Amalfi, although what was allowed was reasonable and I do have to say that I am amazed how much sightseeing we managed to do in the course of one single day. Again, congratulations on a job well done and thank you. I would highly recommend this tour.

This was an amazing adventure. We were picked up right in front of our hotel. The small group atmosphere was perfect. We had a much needed coffee break on the way to Pompeii. Our tour guide at Pompeii was amazing. He had over twenty years of experience in Pompeii. The early start made it worth the trip once we saw how many people visit Pompeii each day. The Amalfi Coast was breathtakingly beautiful. We enjoyed the lunch suggestion, and had plenty of time to shop before heading back to the hotel.

They did make our two vans--14 people--wait an hour for a late couple before leaving in the morning. But that was a relatively minor complaint at the end of a pretty incredible day!

Extremely enjoyable. Got to see parts of Italy would not have seen otherwise. Enjoyed trip through the mountains as well as Pompeii. The Amalfi coast was also awesome.

Great tour. 14 hour day, but well worth the time. The car was very comfortable, driver was also very attentive and personable. Pompeii was incredible, and the tour guide was excellent. Ferry ride down the Amalfi Coast was beautiful, I would recommend this tour.

This was great. We covered so much in one day. Pompeii was brilliant, and the tour guide was a very stylish Italian bloke and I loved his accent. He was very knowlegable and helped bring the tour to life. The pace was fast, though, and the older people struggled a bit to keep up. The boat trip along the coast was amazing for good pictures.

This trip was amazing - our driver was fantastic. Our guide in Pompeii was very knowledgeable. Lunch was really good and right on the beach in Positano. It was a perfect day. No complaints whatsoever.

This is a definite "must do" tour. Very professional, excellent tour guide in Pompeii, and amazing scenery. It is a long day but excellent value for money. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.
