Read what other Viator.com travelers think about the Private Arrival Transfer: Rome Ciampino Airport to Hotel. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
No problems with the transfer, the driver was there to meet us and the cab was big enough for 6 as we had requested, he dropped us right to the door of the apartment where we were staying and we could not have found it on our own.
Very professional and friendly service. Straightforward pick-up up from airport as planned with no hitches.
Would highly recommend this service and will definitely use again in future.
A great hassle free way to get from the airport to the centre of Rome. We were met by a gentleman holding our surname right at the arrivals gate and he escorted us to the executive car. The journey took about 30 mins so is well worth it to avoid the crowds and stress.
This was perfect ! Antonio was our driver. He was there to greet us just as we got off our flight. He could not have been more pleasant and charming. He told us about the city of Rome as we drove to our hotel. It was so nice not to have to worry about pulling our luggage around, he took care of it all. This was well worth the cost of the transfer.
Again the driver was waiting for us at the airport and was very helpful and friendly the car was once again very clean and well kept, and the driver was very good which is unusual in Italy!!!!
The driver waiting for us at arrivals, holding up a board with our name. Very efficient, comfortable car, fast transfer, very friendly driver. Good price, could not have asked for more.
Slight hassle with the pickup. Document said pickup at arrival terminal after our request was at the rent-a-car drop off. Once sorted service was excellent in new Mercedes.
Had to confirm details via email before using the service. The other end didn't know english properly and replied to the email in COMPLETE CAPS.
Driver was very friendly, didn't know much english but that didn't really matter. Was standing Outside the airport rather than inside with a paper clearly labeled with my name
