Wonderful! This was the best thing we could have done! Just as mentioned by others before us, the private transfer was there waiting at the airport with a placard with are name on it.Very Easy, and comfortable.

We were very impressed that our driver was actually early, he spoke very little English but was very nice, and the ride to the airport was a smooth one. We would use this service again and reccomend it to our friends.

Hassle free and the only way to get to your hotel in Rome (and back to the airport)...with friendly curbside service to/from the hotel. We were exhausted (after 8 hours on the tarmac in Philadelphia) and another 8 hours in the air to Rome. This private transfer was a Godsend.

Our driver arrived at our pick up location on time even though we changed locations a few days before. He was courteous and professional and the Mercedes was clean and new.

Driver was waiting for us..was on time. He drove very reasonably, not fast nor reckless. We have been in some scary cabs before..so this transport was really relaxing and made the start of the trip great.
