Driver pick us up at the hotel promptly. Vehicle was very clean and well maintained. Safely driven.

Only negative was that the driver arrived 30 minutes early at hotel for pick-up but didn't rush us, He was professional, friendly and pointed out sights along the route. Vehicle was very clean and comfortable.

All good apart from the driver thought we still needed to pay, our hotelier sorted it out for us with the language barrier and a phone call to his work, a very good service especially in large cities, on time to pick up too

This transfer was handled efficiently. My 3-star rating is only for the unnecessary issue that arose when the driver went to the hotel bathroom without saying anything to the desk (we were in the lobby waiting). By the time he got out of the bathroom, it was 15 minutes past the pick-up time and we were on the phone calling the emergency contact number. The driver didn't seem at all concerned, but he spoke little English so we don't really know. He got us to FCO on time. We would use Viator again.

The ride was nice and on time. That being said, I was very disappointed that the driver took two cases and I had to take three cases to the car which was parked a large distance away from the cruise ship departure area.
