This was an enjoyable tour. Better to read the book first. I guess the guide tried to be objective, but his cardinals and priests were "running like crazy", when other characters were just "running".

Tour guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and threw in lots of history other than Angels & Demons. Would recommend this even if you haven't read the book.

If you want to do a walking tour of Rome, this is a good one to take. Using the Angels and Demons book angle gave the tour a focus and we saw a lot of places I would have missed. The guide was great and filled us in on things about Rome besides just what was in the book.

We visited all the major locations from the novel. Most of these are lesser known locations you would have missed otherwise. There was a little confusion with the transportation scheduling, but otherwise everything was fun.

This was a great tour. More funny than dark, but I definitely would recommend it.

I really enjoyed this tour. I read "The Da Vinci Code" again right before our trip and felt our guide shared some misinformation about the book. I did enjoy the tour and seeing the locations mentioned in the book.

Our guide was new, so it took a little longer than it should have, but it was very interesting and in the end he did a good job. Make sure you read the book; we actually had people in our tour who hadn't!

My only gripe, if you could call it that, was that on occasions it was difficult to hear our tour guide. There were only seventeen of us, but some times the sheer volume of people visiting at the same time made it difficult to hear or concentrate. However, I would not have missed it and it was definitely the highlight of my holiday.

The tour started off poorly when the coordinator never showed. It got worse as the bus was "missing". The poor guide did his best, and he is the only reason this review is not a one-star. Once the start was late, everything was rushed. We left the tour before it finished as we had better things to do with our time.

Great idea, however I was disappointed it wasn't more exciting, as in the book. Our tour guide was new, and kept referring back to the book in his hand. Still, I would recommend it as it was great to actually see the sites mentioned in the book.

The tour guide was not licensed to be giving tours in Rome and was ticketed during the tour. I know more details from the book then he seemed to.
