After all those hours on a plane, it was wonderful to have a ride to our hotel, which happened to be on the outskirts of Rome. We missed our original shuttle because our plane arrived late, but got another one within 30 minutes. I would definitely use this service again.

I strongly recommend taking a shuttle transfer from Fiumicino Airport. It is a well organized, inexpensive and elegant way to get to your hotel. You will save time and money avoiding taking train and then taxi. Waiting your turn to leave the shuttle, you will see many sights in Rome since it is operating in a central zone of the city.

Locating the counter was a breeze. The counter staff were efficient. The shuttle bus was on time, and seats were clean and comfortable. Overall, a superb experience with no hassles. Pricing was also cost competitive.

Directions to reservation desk were perfect, waited only 20 minutes for the next shuttle departure and our shuttle driver gave a mini tour of Rome as we traveled to our hotel!

This was great! After traveling 20 hours, it was nice having someone bring you to your hotel door. Even though it's easy to get around by mass transit, when you have luggage and are tired, this is the best way to go.

It took a little time to find the correct station location of the person to transport us, but once that was established we got along in good speed. The driver was courteous and skillful in getting us to the downtown hotel, near St. Peter's Square.
