We were visiting Rome on our 25th wedding anniversiary and wanted to explore Rome on our first day. The bicycles were great, very comfy and loads of gears so hills were no problem. The guide was knowledgable and friendly. He answered any questions and paced the tour well. We saw parts of Rome you would not normally see and loved it. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wishes a fun way to explore Rome age no barrier. We also stopped for an ice cream!

A great tour guide and ten bikers biking through the streets of Rome...I didn't think we could do it but we did and had so much fun...He guided us"safely" through Rome with even a stop for gelato. This is definately the way to see Rome!

We had a really great time cycling around Rome with Matteo as our guide. Matteo was very happy to pass on his knowledge of all the places we visited. This was an excellent way to get an overview of the city.

I booked the wrong date for this tour as I was in Rome in July 5th :) I did a tour through the Vatican and it was amazing, our guide was an American lady with a degree in art history. She was great and we loved the whole tour because she was so knowledgeable and insightful :)

Our favorite tour in Rome! Bikes were first class! The guide, Simone, was great! We did this tour a few hours after arriving in Rome from Canada. Really oriented us to the city, taking us everywhere, across busy streets, down crowded lanes, up several of the 7 hills of Rome, stopping frequently to tell us stories. And when it got dark, Simone switched on all our lights and off we went.

This Bike tour was amazing! the bikes were easy to ride with gears. the coverage on this tour was incredible. i got to see so many areas of rome. The tour guide was very informative he had so much to say he was a good guy. He sometime spoke deep about the history of rome. it was great, but my husband said he talked too much. the only thing i didn't like was since this tour was 4hrs towards the end i got very tired because that was the part where we went up hills through the forum and back to the bike shop. The bike shop was so nice they gave us free shirts and there bikes were top notch not just some cruiser.

My wife and I spent 4 days in Rome and Bruno was the best. He knows the areas and the history. If you do nothing else, do this bike trip, if your worried about how difficult it is, don't be, they will wait for you while you catch up. Wonderful, great trip.

I have to say that I definitely got more than I bargained for! I was very rusty on a bicycle and they made sure that I was comfortable before we took off. The group was nice and small so you didn't feel lost in the crowd. We even got the bonus of seeing a wedding party arrive at one of the churches we stopped in front of. Our tour guide was awesome and made it very fun. We laughed a lot and learned a great deal as well. I highly recommend this tour to anyone that wants a unique experience while touring Rome.

My husband and I have done several bike tours and this was the best as farad our guide was concerned. He had a great depth of knowledge and enthusiasm for Rome and showed us a part of Rome that we would have not otherwiseeerienced. However the bikes themselves were difficult to use and enjoyment of the tour could be enhanced with more choice re size and gear change being available. Wider tyres such as those used by Fat Tyre Bike Tours would make for more comfortable riding on cobblestones.

This was the best tour we took while in Rome. Unless you are staying in Rome for over a week, it's virtually impossible to see all the sites on foot. This bike tour covers so much ground, and the guide was knowledgeable. It's a great experience to bike through the cobble stone roads and see the hidden corners and alleys. It's not difficult, so if you can bike, I would definitely recommend.

Would recommend this bike tour. We had a great time away from all the other tour groups seeing places not normally visited by the crowds. Our guide was excellent.
