Excellent! Picked up on time and drop off directly in front of my terminal. Since I was the last person to be picked up, I was driven directly to the airport. I had a 6:45 am pick up time for a 10:30 flight, I had no problem with this since I rather be early to the airport than miss my flight. 5 stars!

pickup half hour delay but driver called. arrived at airport 2 hours to spare. Van clean,well maintained and driver very professional. a great ride.

Driver was earlier than appointed time of 6.45 am, but since we were already waiting in reception, we left earlier. He was courteous and his driving was good. Only the cobbled roads made the ride a little bumpy.
Our shuttle was unable to make it to our hotel due to traffic diversions at a protest rally so the local operator rang out hotel and asked us to get a taxi and then they fully reimbursed us for the fare at the airport.

Excellent service! Company easy to contact from hotel. Provided status of driver enroute. Due to size of street, driver assistant came to us at hotel and we walked about 2 blocks to van. It was not a problem at all. Arrived timely to airport. Great service! I'll definitely use Viator again.
This shuttle was prompt and clean. A very good experience.
the driver was very prompt and helpful when he picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off at the airport . There were other people sharing the minibus and they got out at a different terminal to us and the driver made sure that we got back onto the bus to be dropped off at our terminal. Would recommend this shuttle service.
This was the best way to get to out hotel and to be piked up when returning to the airport. I would recommend this to any traveler.
