Very excellent service. Do not hesitate to book this transfer. I did big research and it was the cheapest way I found in a comfortable way, plus the support of Viator in case something did not work out. I would use it every time I would return to Rome.

We did not have to wait at all for the shuttle, which was greatly appreciated after our long flight. I would definitely use this service again when traveling to Rome.

My husband and I were really pleased with the professionalism of the tour operators. They were punctual and dependable in arriving on time and getting us from point A to point B safely. We would use them again on another trip if the occasion came up.

Excellent service. We were collected at the airport and dropped right outside our hotel. Driver very helpful with bags and luggage. Well worth the money - cost not much more than the train and without the hassle of transferring luggage on and off the train. Will definitely use again.

On time - courteous, helpful, reliable and very professional. What more could one ask for? My wife and I will definitely use this service again whenever we travel abroad - top marks all round. It took the hassle out of the transfer process, and in the end it was cheaper than a taxi!!!

We based our transfer from reading the reviews online and not word of mouth so we didn't know what to expect. We were very pleased with the ease of pre-booking our transfer to our hotel once we landed in Rome. We just showed our confirmation form and that was it. The driver took us to our hotel with no problem. He was nice and friendly. I was pleased to see that we could have purchased the transfer tickets at the counter as well. Good to know for our next trip. We would definitely use Viator again!

After a long flight, having someone at the airport to greet us was fantastic!! When we arrived in Rome, it was raining and very cold. Not a problem for us, the driver was prepared, loaded our suitcases and we were on our way.
