Airport arrival and departure shuttle transfer service was brilliant. We had no problems arriving at airport found desk very easily after coming through arrivals. Staff at desk very helpful even booked us our open tour bus for two days. Departing from hotel to airport was very efficient no delays whatsoever. Would highly recommend this shuttle service very efficient and great value for money.

Shuttle was available for us right away and took us directly to our hotel. Ticket window attendant and driver both spoke English so we did not have any problems.

We had been given a time for pick-up at the airport and the shuttle was very punctual, picking us up from the hotel lobby and taking us directly to Fiumicino Airport, arriving in good time for our flight home. Cannot thank them enough. A terrific experience.

So glad we had booked a Rome shuttle transfer in advanced. All of the taxis were on strike throughout Italy when we arrived. (In Florence, we didn't have a transfer and had to walk to our hotel with all our luggage.)
