All of Italy was fantastic. We saw more than we ever dreamed possible. Our shuttle service was a little slow at first but our driver got us to our hotel safe and sound with a little sightseeing on the way. It was fabulous.

We got on and were at our hotel within the hour. It was very easy to find and everything was on time.

Excellent staff at the airport, smooth operation. Prompt attention and smooth journey to our hotel. Arrived stress-free!

The transfer to/from Rome airport was perfect. It dropped us directly at the door of our hotel, as advertised. For the return, the shuttle was 'in punto' to the minute at our hotel. As we watched people haul their luggage blocks over cobblestone streets we were very thankful for Viator! The price was also better than most of the transfers advertised in Rome.

Was easy and convenient and fast. Was advertised as shared ride but I was the only one on the shuttle.

Our driver arrived 35 minutes earlier than expected. The drive was smooth, however the AC was not strong enough to cool off all passengers. Other than that, I'd use this service.

Highly recommend the shuttle transfer. Within 20 minutes of checking in at the desk we were on our shuttle and on our way to our hotel. No negotiating with taxi drivers.

Very simple to find office and transportation was very prompt. It is true that the drivers in Rome are very scary. Our driver was very skillful at negotiating the narrow and hilly streets of the city.

If you're own your own then you may want to do this if your staying near the train station terminal, I wasn't so this was easier for me. If there is a group of you 4 I would strongly recommend to get a taxi as it a lot easier to get a taxi which is approx 55 euros. As I had to wait an hour when arriving for shuttle to be available and the staff on the desk was stressed and not as helpful as I would have liked.

Easy to find the service booth. Attendants spoke excellent English so communication was easy. The transportation was comfortable.

Worth the money, great if you have too much luggage to haul around a train station. Was a little difficult to find the check in point at the airport.

It was a little difficult to find the check-in desk at the airport, but once we did we only had to wait about 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. It was a pleasant enough ride we felt safe and secure in the knowledge that it was a legitimate ride we had heard nightmares about fake taxi drivers in Rome. It gave us peace of mind and started the trip off just right!
