Picked up at hotel exactly on time, expected to be in a shuttle bus as on arrival but were taken to the airport in a Mercedes limo. Will definitely use again when next in Rome.

The driver arrived very punctually at the hotel. The driver change was not the best moment. The change could be before we were picked up. Both drivers were not very communicative.

It was really worth the few extra dollars to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, because you did not have to carry your stuff all over the airport and then you don't know if the cab drivers were going to start their rates at 3.10 or 6.10 which I really did not like. But with this shuttle you know up front what the cost is.

Nice driver. Showed up absolutely on time. The trip out to the airport was quick and easy...but the van we were in sure could use new shock absorbers! I use this service every time I come to Rome.

The shuttle driver showed up at the scheduled time. He was courteous and helpful with the bags. We encountered no problems going from near Piazza della Repubblica to Fiumicino Airport. I can recommend Viator to anyone needing shuttle transportation in Rome.
