Our driver could not speak English as promised, though he waited for us for over an hour when our baggage was lost at the airport.

Simple communication and arrangement. Clean vehicle, courteous driver. Would recommend.

Our driver was on time, that's all that really mattered.

Very easy to arrange, easy to connect, no problems at all. Really made a difference when arriving into Rome.

Driver spoke no English. Would have been nice to have info on what we drove past coming into Rome.

It was nice to have a private transfer but the driver was 30 minutes late and he misspelled my name on the sign so we almost missed him altogether.

Unfortunately when we arrived at the Rome airport, no one was there to meet us. We had to call the local number three times before someone showed up. And when he did he gave no explanation or apology for being late.

This is the 3rd time I have used your company to book a shuttle into Rome from Airport. This time I found it very hard to find the driver, he only had SMITH written on the sign which is OK except there were 3 other Smiths on pieces of paper around the airport attached to other drivers. When I did finally work out that he was the right guy he was very grumpy, rude and mouthing off. I had someone in my group who spoke Italian and so could tell what he was saying! He took us grumpily out to the van where luckily a very nice courteous man did the driving into town. It wasn't a very pleasant experience and out of the many shuttle taxis I had to catch throughout my 4 week trip in Europe this was certainly the most unpleasant.

We were told that the driver would be waiting for us with my name on a card as well as the Viator logo - neither were the case. It turned out to be someone with a misspelling of my new husband's last name scribbled on a piece of paper and wearing a shirt with a logo from a car company. We spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to figure out where our driver was the operator kept saying he was in the same area of the airport we were in and holding a sign with my name on it. When she finally had both parties on the phone, we were able to figure out who it was - sort of like playing a game of Marco Polo. I was so frustrated! This was not a good start to our impression of Italy. Finally, I had expected, maybe incorrectly, that we would have a nice car waiting for us, rather it was a minivan. We had it to ourselves but it was far from riding in style.

Just a little late. At the time I was concerned we had missed our ride.

The operator did not know where the driver was when we arrived at the designated pickup area. I had to call the operator several times, using my cell phone, to be assured that the driver was on his way to pick us up. I spent a fortune following up on my reservations using my Philippine cell phone - our international rates cost an arm and a leg. When the driver finally got to us, he was amiable and more than compensated for his tardiness. At least the experience ended well.

We had to wait around for quite a while before we were collected.

Although this driver was very polite, he did not know where our rental car station was located. Then he took us into the airport where we walked with our luggage through several terminals, to discover that we had to go back where we came from then upstairs. It seems to me that the drivers could stand to be better trained with airport delivery of your customers.
