Driver came right on time and was proficient in English. Driver insisted on loading all of our heavy luggage which we appreciated. We didn't socialize much since our drive to the airport was at 5AM.

I have to say I was a little nervous about someone picking us up at 4am after not feeling so confident that the person on the other end of the phone confirmed it properly for me the day before. However, the gentleman showed up promptly at 4am. I would absolutely recommend this.

Timely - in fact early. Drawback was the driver didn't speak English. He asked what terminal. I didn't know. He seemed to get frustrated. But it all worked out.
