Definitely worth doing

The Rome shuttle service was very professional and on time. No complaints whatsoever.

The transport was late but the substitute taxi driver was excellent.

If I got dropped off at the correct terminal it would have been a happy ending!

Your company had been highly recommended to be by my very experienced travel agent. However, I was disappointed that the driver that picked up at the airport had very limited English, but more importantly, he spoke on his cell phone from the airport to our hotel.

Expensive but were told could not get the cheaper transport and be picked up at the time we need 645-700am so we booked before leaving the USA. We could have used a taxi from the Grand Flora and been less expensive.

I had my hotel call and ask for the driver's cell phone number, just in case. I was right to do that. The pickup was late and I had to call the driver. Later the driver explained that he didn't have the complete hotel name, and he had to run around to hotels with similar names. Once I was in Rome, I learned that the hotel can call a cab for you anytime, and the price is only 55 Euro.
