We enjoyed our trip with Viator. I have no hesitation in recommending Viator to friends and family.
There different companies in Rome.I found the staff very professional and give all the information factual.I recommend them.Big thank you.
Great way to see all of Rome. Easy to decide what/where you want to spend more of your time when you've taken the bus tour.
Just the job this hop on hop off bus, takes you around the popular sites and you can get off at whichever one you like, go see it, then get back on the bus again, you will need a 24 or 48 hour ticket.
Excellent choice, saw everything in the city, all major sites, and bus pickups were very frequent.
So easy to travel round the main tourist attractions. I also bought skip the line for the Colosseum on the bus on the day we decided to go. This saved us loads of time queueing.
Great value. Easy to find and get to the sights we were most interested in.
United States of America
Easy to use/ follow and accessible to every places we want to visit.
The tour was great, Buses on time and a great route. Our tickets for the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums were difficult to exchange not knowing precisely where the exchange kiosk was located. the Sistine Chapel has been ruined with a failed attempt at crowd control, and the cleaning and restoring of the art work has taken a great deal away from the experience.
This was a great idea - well planned as I had my elderly mother with me - we got to see so many interesting buildings in Rome, stopped off for lunch and then jumped back on when we were ready! Loved it.
There are 8 stops and the buses make it to each stop in 15 to 20 minutes. We bought the one with the Colosseum included. The Colosseum is a weird deal but that's nothing to do with Viator or the bus company. You have to walk way up this hill away from the Colosseum to redeem your ticket to get into the Colosseum and they set the ticket for a specific time so in our case, we had to hustle back down the hill to get inside the Colosseum for our allotted time on the ticket. The entrance to the Roman Forum is back up that same hill so you have to plan your visit to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum carefully if you're on a tight schedule. Expect to stay inside the Colosseum for a couple of hours and do the tour that takes you down to the lower levels if you can.
A great way to navigate Rome and reach all the sites! We also purchased the tickets for the Colosseum while on the bus...excellent guided tour and we skipped the line!
HopOn HopOff tours are the best way to see any city. It's a great way to get the lay of the land and give you the opportunity to see all the tourist attractions. We took this tour the day we arrived in Rome. We were able to see everything and then map out where we wanted to get off and take a closer look. We always do the HOHO tours when we get to a new city. It's the best way to see all the great sites.
I highly recommend this hop-on sightseeing tour, we had a two day tour, I went of where I wanted to visit and then I hopped on again to visit the next attraction. its like a taxi !!! I love it
Great way of getting ones bearings and seeing locations of all the main sights.
Bus tour started near to the main station and was easy to find, exchange vouchers and start our day out.
Easy to spend time in the City and able to hop off and on whenever the mood strikes !
Very easy to get on and off. The bus is clean and comfortable. Will try again when back to Rome.
The Hop on Hop off is an inexpensive way to see Rome. We first ride the entire circuit and listen to the narrative and then got off when we wanted to. Our trip was Oct 23 and 24, 2015 and we will be using Hop on Hop off at other cites on our future travels.
BEST TOUR EVER!!! WOULD DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN WITH MY SON, VERY CHILD FRIENDLY. WE HAD SO MUCH FUN.
Very entertaining and informative. The buses where always there when we needed them. We upgraded to the guided tour of the Vatican and that was well worth it.
We often use the hop on hop off bus in places that we visit. Rome was no exception and was an excellent way to get to the various sites of interest and to tour the city itself.
Highly recommended if you want to see the entire city in just a short period of time. My kids ages 3 and 7 loved riding on the top of the bus. This was nice, as really there are very few family friendly activities for very young children in Rome in my opinion.
