We were lucky enough to have our hotel within a half block of one of the stops. Bus personnel very helpful and the route was great. Glad we did the tour.

Absolutely great. Always the first thing to do on a city break is the open top bus tour. Get your bearings, see sights for visits, get into the holiday swing. Routes were good. All the normal advantages of getting on and off as wanted. Nothing to complain about. Well done.

Used the green line tour that covered all major sites. Due to construction work there were detours but still could finish them all in a 24 hrs tour. I would recommend the 48 hrs if you want to see it at ease. Highly recommend to all first timers who do not want to waste time!

Not problems getting on bus and having tickets issued. Maybe posting exact locations of stops would assist in getting on bus for this first time.

There are other hop-on hop off buses, and we even took one of the others the day before our scheduled tour with you. Your service was much better both in terms of audio quality and content and the route. Yours took us right to the Colosseum whereas the other one would have made us walk 4 blocks to it "due to construction." I would definitely choose your service!

Fantastic city, too much to see in so little time. The hop on hop off bus was great value for money. We got a 48 hour pass so we got to see everything we wanted and did not have to rush as it worked out we used the bus for nearly three days. Will definitely be going back to Rome again.
