This was very convenient way to get around Rome. The only downfall for us was that the buses don't run later in the evening. However, it was great! Would recommend to all my friends.

Very good way of getting around town and seeing the sites first up. We got a 48 hour ticket and also used it as 'public transport' during our stay. Watch out which route you are on though; it isn't always obvious which of the routes you are actually on until it takes a turn in the wrong direction. Highly recommended.

Hop on, hop off gives you enough free time to stay for the attractions that you've got interest in - no time limit. And it is much cheap and affordable.

This I would totally recommend doing. You can see all of Rome on your own schedule. The scenery is wonderful while you just drive around. It only takes a couple of hours if you do it nonstop a whole time through, which is what we did so that we could see where everything was first.

It was just great. Good information provided, the best places to stop. My only complaint: they should put better signs on where their stops are, and specially where do they start the tours at the Termini Square.

We really got to see all the main sights of Rome. It was awesome. Even though it was cold, we still sat at the top of the bus. Our pictures are AWESOME!

Highly Rated! Used the bus due to the location of drop-off's and pick-up's but found they ALL do the same route. The price was the cheapest we had found on Viator and had no problems what so ever using the printed off voucher in using the service. IT WAS A LOT CHEAPER than booking when you get there. We used this with the Hard Rock Cafe food voucher, also on Viator which also saved us a lot of spending money! It was our first time in Rome and saw virtually everything as all the stops are at famous sightseeing venues. We did notice the RED open tour buses ran with more frequency but were just that little bit more pricey if on a budget! Use these buses instead of taxis they are extortionate, they charge what they like especially when tourist is written on your forehead! We booked this bus with the 48 hour option and saw everything, the bus stops are easy to find - brightly coloured green and for just one small price you have a somewhat limited Audio-Tour of Rome but a reliable taxi-type service to all the sites.
