Cramped boat, had to share table with strangers. Food was the worst ever on any trip. The boat suffered from condensation and we could not see a thing.

The food was so cold I could not eat it. My dessert was still frozen. To top it off, the boat lost power so the lights and the heat went out. It was a very chilly night. When the boat finally got the power back, the heat did not come back on. And not one single member of the staff asked us how dinner was, or if we enjoyed the cruise.

I don't think it is an appropriate excursion for the winter season. It is very dark and the food was cold and bad quality.

I was actually very disappointed with the trip. The food was terrible and very un-Italian. Also, the boat is enclosed with windows and the walls along the Tiber river were high. You cannot really see anything along the cruise. The crew were wonderful, but that is only a small part of the entire service.
