Top tour! Our guide was very good and it was lots of fun to drive the Segway after learning to handle it properly, which was easy. Saw a lot and had a laugh.

The segway tour is definitely an experience we will never forget and I would recommend everyone to experience such a fun and exciting way to see the magical sights of Rome. It is an activity that anyone can do, no matter what age in fact, if the older generation want to save their energy and legs and yet feel young, this is definitely the way to do it. The guide was very interesting, with lots of information on a close personal level with the man doing the tour guide. For you men, this guy was a good laugh and for the girls, well he is really good looking. He speaks very good English and easily understood. He took us to some great spots so we could see the best views, had time to take lots of photographs and lets face it, the tour buses will NOT be able to take you to these places. It was magical. He definitely made the tour more enjoyable!! As for the segways itself, they are easy to control, good fun to ride and we felt 10 years younger on them. Its just a shame the segways cost so much to purchase as we want one for home now. This is a bargain tour and will definitely be booking this tour again! Forget the buses, walks, biking tours, none of the others come close to this!!!

Most fun I've had for a long while. Whizzing around Rome on the Segway, stopping at parts of the city that you would not normally get to see was a perfect combination for me. The guide was informative and humorous which all told resulted in a great experience.

The best ever! This is the only way to go! We had a blast and saw much more of Rome in 3 hours than we ever could have done on foot, plus it was loads of fun!

I loved this. I am not athletic or coordinated at all, not slender, and 50 years old. I severed my Achilles tendon 3 years ago so long distance walking is out. This was so easy, so fun. I felt like I was 15. I could do it instantly, it's like it senses what you want to do. We covered miles and saw way more than I'd hoped. Our guide was great, there were only 4 of us, and everybody looked at us in wonder and envy as we scooted up hills etc. in the scorching heat. I wish they had segways everywhere. This was my favourite day in a month long vacation. Get detailed description of exactly where the segway office is before you go though. We got off a stop early and wandered for a bit. Very patient guides. Well worth the money.

Highly recommended trip, especially when you have limited time and want to see more than from a bus and cover more areas than on foot! Tour leaders are well versed and patient. Segway's the way to go!

It was fantastic. My 3 children, age 21, 24, and 25, and I, age 56, had a blast. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to figure it out, but our guide was patient, etc. After practicing in the park, we explored Rome for 4 hours!! Nothing like racing in the Circus Maximus on Segways!!!

Absolutely the best way to see Rome, learning a new skill in the process! My partner and I have come home extolling the virtues of booking a tour with you. Our guide was a brilliant instructor and guide and was so informative. We saw hidden out of the way sights we never knew were in Rome! Very highly recommended tour guide indeed.

I found and read the reviews for the Segway tour of Rome on this site and was convinced that I should give it a try. I booked it for me and my wife and the tour was absolutely FANTASTIC. It was a great way to see Rome from a little different perspective. Riding the Segway was a blast and much easier than my non athletic wife could have imagined. Our guide, was the best! Would I do this again...absolutely!!!

We went with two teenage boys, and it was a blast! The Segways are easy to control once you get the hang of it. We ended up going back routes and getting views of the city that we would never have found on our own. Our guide was great. He was friendly, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. The boys haven't stopped talking about it!

What a fun experience! The staff was so friendly from the moment we walked in the office. Our guide was the BEST! Riding on the Segway was so much fun. If I could do it without an accident, anyone can! Our guide explained how to make it work, he was patient. We went to locations we would not have found on our own, nor would we have walked up the steep hills the Segway took us. He was very knowledgeable about Rome and the ruins. He is also passionate about preservation and it shows. What a great way to spend the 4th of July. I highly recommend the Segway, would highly recommend the tour and most definitely recommend Viator.
