It was fantastic. My 3 children, age 21, 24, and 25, and I, age 56, had a blast. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to figure it out, but our guide was patient, etc. After practicing in the park, we explored Rome for 4 hours!! Nothing like racing in the Circus Maximus on Segways!!!

Absolutely the best way to see Rome, learning a new skill in the process! My partner and I have come home extolling the virtues of booking a tour with you. Our guide was a brilliant instructor and guide and was so informative. We saw hidden out of the way sights we never knew were in Rome! Very highly recommended tour guide indeed.

I found and read the reviews for the Segway tour of Rome on this site and was convinced that I should give it a try. I booked it for me and my wife and the tour was absolutely FANTASTIC. It was a great way to see Rome from a little different perspective. Riding the Segway was a blast and much easier than my non athletic wife could have imagined. Our guide, was the best! Would I do this again...absolutely!!!

We went with two teenage boys, and it was a blast! The Segways are easy to control once you get the hang of it. We ended up going back routes and getting views of the city that we would never have found on our own. Our guide was great. He was friendly, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. The boys haven't stopped talking about it!

What a fun experience! The staff was so friendly from the moment we walked in the office. Our guide was the BEST! Riding on the Segway was so much fun. If I could do it without an accident, anyone can! Our guide explained how to make it work, he was patient. We went to locations we would not have found on our own, nor would we have walked up the steep hills the Segway took us. He was very knowledgeable about Rome and the ruins. He is also passionate about preservation and it shows. What a great way to spend the 4th of July. I highly recommend the Segway, would highly recommend the tour and most definitely recommend Viator.

My family and I loved this tour. It was very hot, so maybe starting an hour later would have been better. This really was a great tour; we felt like a behind the scenes tour as quiet streets and Rome don't seem to coexist. Our guide communicated with all participants well, had a great sense of humor while providing interesting historical facts. We had terrific views and vantage points overlooking the Forum, the Tiber, and we loved the peephole view of St. Peter's dome from the Knights of Malta. I would highly recommend this tour but be sure you have water with you!

This was a lot of fun and a great way to see Rome. You get to travel through the small back streets and experience more of the local flavor.

This was a fantastic way to see Rome! We have two teenagers and this was a great break from traditional tours. The guide was very knowledgeable. It was the most personalized tour we have ever had!

We had so much fun with the Segway, which is easy to handle. Be sure to wear a hat and put on a thick layer of sunscreen when the day is sunny!

While I loved it, I took my wife's fifty-something aunt. She is not, nor has she ever been, particularly athletic, and took a pretty bad fall. If someone thinks they won't be able to ride the scooter going into the tour, they probably can't. However, my wife and I truly enjoyed it and had a safe and great experience.

Best tour I have ever been on. It was fantastic; saw more and learned more from this 3 hour tour than I was able to do in 2 days on our own with guidebooks. Very informative, and no sore feet! Lots of time to take pictures and talk with the tour guide about different sites in detail.

What a great way to see Rome. We would definitely recommend this, especially if you have never been to Rome before. You get to see a lot in a relatively short time without wearing yourself out. You get to see things so much better than if you were on a crowded tour bus. Besides being great fun, it was a terrific tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and personable. He made it so much fun!

This was one of the neatest things we've ever done. It was so easy to ride the Segways, and we are not young!! This is a GREAT way to see a lot and save your feet. The young man who was our guide was so engaging and informative - just the best afternoon.
