I forgot what this type of pasta was called but it was like mini dumplings...then the sauce they made was fabulous!

I thought this was so much fun, meeting new people and making our own pasta! When I got home, I bought a roller and made ravioli for my friends. We had a blast and it was great getting to teach them. I will say it was pretty darn tasty!
