Excellent tour guide, very enjoyable. Nice way to spend the evening and take in some of the sites and history of Rome.

Very enjoyable and again due to a great tour guide, it was filled with information and great fun! It would have been nice to have a cappuccino at a Italian cafe as part of the experience.

We had a wonderful tour guide! We truly enjoyed seeing these amazing sights during the evening hours, so much cooler and a different perspective from the daytime tours.

Our guide shared so much about her beautiful city and its past that we felt like it was the best part of our trip to Rome. She was very knowledgeable, and we learned a great deal in one evening. As a bonus, night is the best time for a summer walk in the hot city. We saw the sites quickly in the summer heat, but learned little until our night tour.

Very good tour guide. He was so historically knowledgeable and gave thorough explanations. I do wish we would have had earphones to better hear him.

The guide was really friendly and gave lots of information regarding the ruins/buildings we were shown. The party only had 9 people in it which was fab as we could all hear and see what she was talking about. Would definitely use Viator again!

Our guide was an archaeologist and boy did she know her stuff, an absolute wealth of knowledge. She had great enthusiasm for Rome and she brought the history alive to the present day. Superb to see a guide with such a passion, fantastic!!

I love Rome and having a tour guide explain more things about the city makes it even more sensational. Doing this at night was a plus as the heat can be stifling during the day. Also, less people at night so that was even better when you go around seeing these amazing treasures.

Our guide was an archeological professor, and was terrific. We were lucky enough to have a small group, so we could ask so many questions, all of which she had insightful answers to. We felt like we had our own personal tour. This covered the highlights of Rome well; there was lots of walking, which is the best way to experience Rome.

We got this with a 2 for 1 special when booking, so it was very economical. This was an AMAZING tour! We booked it as a last minute thing without really reading what it was about. This is a great thing to do on your first night in Rome, preferably NOT after you've walked all over the city like we did! We were worried that Piazza Navona, the meeting place, would be hard to locate, but it was right on every map. Talk to your hotel concierge & have them mark it on the map--it's much easier than hunting for it! Our group only had about 10-14 people, and we had headsets, making the tour very accommodating. Our group of 6 agreed that we would recommend seeing the Pantheon during the day as the walls seem to be brighter. It is pretty close to the meeting point, so we would recommend seeing this during the day prior to meeting to get your pictures & then again for information on the tour. The Colosseum, the Capitoline Hill, and the Trevi Fountain were gorgeous at night! It is a wonderful photo opportunity without the MASSIVE crowds. It did rain on our tour, so make sure you have good, comfortable, dry walking shoes & an umbrella, just in case!

We were only in Rome for a a day and a half, and this summed it all up. I got to see everything except the Spanish Steps, but that wasn't bad for the short time.

Convenient, affordable and great value for the price. The archaeologist that led our tour was interesting and knowledgeable. I recommend this tour as a first night introduction to Rome.

This was a great way for my wife and me to see the city at night. The guide was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Taking this tour helped us get the layout of the city, and we saw some great sites.
