The shuttle was very comfortable. The guide that traveled with us did not offer any particular details about Pompeii that might have helped us more when we got to the site. He did offer a few comments about a couple of points of interest along the way. I would recommend that if you do take the shuttle which we did so we could have more time in Pompeii, be sure to get a guide once you get there. Unfortunately, most all the tourists sites in Italy do not offer much in the way of maps to help you navigate the sites. Overall, the shuttle service was fine.

This is definitly worth doing. I thought exploring Pompeii on our own was the way to go. We got 4 hours to explore. However, I would recommend comparing the price to getting on the train to Naples and then taking a bus to pompeii. It may be quicker to do it that way. It takes about 3 hours to travel to Pompeii from Rome.

The vehicle was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked very well against the 90 heat. The escort was very pleasant and gave us interesting background information about Pompeii and the surrounding region.

The trip was great and the guide was very helpful and kind. My only negative comment is that it was not clear to me that the price did not include the actual entrance fee to Pompeii itself. It would be good to make sure that's made very clear for others.

Although this is basically just a shuttle service to Pompeii the guide was very helpful & informative. We enjoyed the trip very much & would thoroughly recommend.

The Pompeii trip was very good. We had a most informative host on the way to Pompeii. The bus was comfortable and on time. Would certainly recommend this trip to others.

The transportation was perfect. We had a good time in Pompeii, with a good guide and nice weather. The place was totally amazing. We could have got a little more information from the guide accompanying us in the bus.

Ride was nice enough, and the attendant was pleasant and knowledgeable of Pompeii. Everyone on the bus spoke English, but the informational video was in Italian, which was very unfortunate. 4 hours is about right for Pompeii.

As a shuttle service goes, very efficient and cost effective way of getting to Pompeii. Books were a bit battered but serviceable. Very helpful girl acting as hostess.

Bus service was fine. Some essential information, such as the restaurant being closed inside Pompeii, was not provided. Easy way to get to and from Pompeii in a single day.

The trip to Pompeii was worth the shuttle price. The guide gave no information about Pompeii--it is merely a shuttle, but well worth doing.

Trip was as advertised. Loved Pompeii. Definitely worth the ride and the money.

Great guy on the bus with us - might have been a good idea for him to speak more to us about Pompeii rather than just handing out the books for us to look at. Would also have been EXTREMELY useful to have been told there are two exits from the site. I left from the wrong one and couldn't find my way back to the bus for half an hour and was somewhat panicked to see my bus driving towards me. They had to move from the parking place. I wasn't the only one to do this, either.
