Absolutely excellent value for money. A tour with just enough courier contact our courier was Fabio who was charming, courteous and very knowledgeable about archaeology - he's a postgrad student, yet plenty of free time to wander through Pompeii. Even better was the fact that the day we were there was in the middle of a national "free museums" week - so we got in for free! There were brief comfort stops on the way down and the way back up again and the coach was comfortable but a little shabby. A great day out from Rome with plenty of culture and a few glimpses of the Bay of Naples to whet your appetite for another trip to Italy.

To get from Rome to Pompeii in comfort, this is the way to do it. This was a low-key, no-pressure way to get there and back in the comfort of an air-conditioned coach bus. Once at Pompeii it's your choice of exploring on your own or paying for a guided tour. You are alloted plenty of time to explore the city.

Enjoy the visit to Pompeii very much. The only disappointment was that the tour guide on the bus did not say more than 10 words to us. She provided absolutely no information except to inform us about the meeting place and time. From the reviews I read about how their tour guide provided information and answer questions. I had high expectations but was utterly disappointed. Again I recommend the visit to Pompeii, not the tour guide service.

Everything worked out as planned. We had a really good trip to Pompeii with a comfortable coach and helpful guide. Thank you . I have used your services a number of times and have always been satisfied. Ordering on the the net I have found to be easy and reliable.

GO! Pompeii is a MUST! Don't get caught-up "hiring" a guide in the parking lot VERY expensive you can take the audio guide for about 10 -- just walk up the hill to the entrance and buy the audio guide there. Our tour guide DID NOT make this clear and I was unaware of the audio guide until I spoke to some people coming out of the ruins.

The coach trip was just what we wanted, straight there with a stop for just 15 minutes and the same on the way back. Maximising the amount of time that you had in Pompeii. Pompeii was a fascinating place to visit, with so much to see. We did not realise how big the city was. The only problem was not having enough time to see it all.

Rome was the furthest south my mom and I traveled in Italy, but we still wanted to see Pompeii. This shuttle was the best way to do so - it was fast and comfortable. It was nice to have a guide on board - he was very informative and great at answering all kinds of quetsions. It was also nice to explore the site on our own instead of being part of a typical large tour group. This turned out to be one of our favourite days of our 10 days in Italy!
