This was perfect. We arrived on time and in comfort, and found the guide on the bus to be very helpful. His english was marginal, but he tried hard and was able to communicate with some difficulty. Otherwise, everything went according to plan. This is an excellent way to see the sites with a self guided tour.

This shuttle service was a great way to get from Rome to Pompeii! When you arrive it's up to you if you want to get a tour with a group or see Pompeii on your own. This shuttle was convenient and clean!

The shuttle was easy to get to and definitely worth it. Our guide was very helpful and willing to give the history of the areas that we were driving through. We had a lot of fun.

The trip was great. The host was knowledgeable, the bus was very comfortable and the time allowed in Pompeii was adequate, however if you want to see everything you would need to stay a couple of days.

5 stars, Pompei is a must, and this is a great way to do it. No hassle, and plenty of time for most to see Pompei (you have 4 ½ hours). While you could spend weeks there to explore, for most this will be enough time to see the highlights and walk most of the city, and still have time for a light quick lunch before boarding the return bus. Our guide was an archeology graduate student, and very informative and willing to answer any questions we may have had.

Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about Pompeii and gave us great information before we arrived there. One suggestion would be to allow more time at the site; just one hour more would have been helpful.

Pompeii is amazing! The shuttle service was nice and well organized. Tour guide on shuttle gave interesting facts about Naples and Pompeii before we arrived. It was nice of them to stop halfway for people to stretch their legs, use the restroom, get food, etc. Only complaint is that the shuttle van's air filters seemed to be extremely moldy, and the air smelled bad. Otherwise, a great deal!

Nice, easy transfer from Rome to Pompeii. Guide on van was an very informative! When in Pompeii, it was wonderful to have the flexibility of doing a self-tour or getting a guide. Plenty of time to see most of this large city. Would highly recommend!
