Read what other Viator.com travelers think about the Shared Arrival Transfer: Fiumicino Airport to Rome Hotels. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
I would recommend this service no problems. Picked up from the airport on time.
The service provided by Viator was perfect. When we get to the airport, our driver was waiting for us. Since there was no one else beside us waiting for the shuttle, we had a private transfer in a very comfortable car.
The company is very reliable.
Easy to find the representative at airport. Vehicle was clean and comfortable.
I was met by a representative holding my name prior to reaching the baggage pick up. She pointed me to the right carousel and continued checking back in on me while looking for another arrival. As the others were apparently delayed, I had a shuttle to myself for the trip into Rome. That all went smoothly. Only other comment would be that the driver was on his cell phone almost the entire trip. Traffic was light and his driving was fine, I would just prefer full attention on driving.
We were met by your representative as soon as we arrived, then taken to the van. It went flawlessly. The driver and van were clean. Everything was great. If I had 1 complaint it would be the printed voucher...Why? You have the money, our names and time of travel, why go to the bother of printing a voucher. We do not have a printer and in Canada had to ask our daughter to print it and in the hotel in Rome the concierge was kind enough to print it. But what if the hotel had no printer: we could not have used your excellent service. Thank you for your time.
When I arrived to the airport, the driver was already waiting for me holding a sign with my name. I was the only passenger so I had a private transfer directly to Rome city center! I would highly recommend booking this transfer if you do not want to queue for a taxi or a bus to Rome)))
Excellent service: the English speaking representative met us right outside baggage claim and took us right to the van where we were driven right to our hotel. If you're traveling alone, it might be a little cheaper to take the Da Vinci express train into Rome, but you'd still have to get from the train station to your hotel. If you're traveling with another companion or more, this is much more economical as well as convenient. Highly recommended!
A lady was waiting for me on arrival and found me right away. I had to wait for the driver about 15 minutes, but I was the only one in Audi and it was very comfortable. The driver was very friendly.
Fast and inexpensive way to get downtown. Taxis will run 50 Euros. Be aware this is a shared ride--if you're staying in Trastevere or near the Vatican you're likely to be an early stop. If you're by the Terminal you may ride around a while.
