This service is excellent. Driver was there before the booked time and was waiting for us so we were ready to go. Arrived at airport in plenty of time .
Excellent service from your company. Picked us up on time from our hotel. My husband left his glasses in the taxi and they even brought them to us at the Airport, something we were very grateful for. .
Very friendly driver, turned up in plenty of time to get us to the airport.
The driver was extremely kind and picked us up on time both on arrival and departure. Very pleased with the service! :)
Just like for our arrival at the airport, we had a private a/c car for 2 passengers. Driver arrived at hotel well on time.
Very good. Excellent transport but we where picked up a lot earlier than expected and spent a lot of time at the airport
The driver got lost....couldn't find one of the addresses.....but seemed nice enough....at least he showed up...I had one airport pick up who never showed up in paris and number gave was not reachable...
Taxi picked us up at the correct time and although there was another couple already in the taxi there was plenty of room. After 30 mins or so in the cab I realised it didn't seem to be the same route we had taken coming in from the airport. Indeed, the other couple were going to a different airport to us! Fortunately, I had printed off our confirmation and when we got to the airport I told the driver we were leaving from Ciampino Airport. If I hadn't had the paperwork he would have left us there. He rang the office who confirmed it and so then had to race us over to the other airport. Thank goodness we had the time! So please make sure you have your paperwork with you and check you are being delivered to the right airport!
The driver came om time but he thought we were going to Fiumicino but we were going to Ciampino.
Luckely he asked!
There was another person in the car that was going to Fiumicino and she was of course worried that she would be late. The driver said that it was no problem, that he will first go to Ciampino because it was closer and then to Fiumicino but I can understand the other persons worry to be late for a transatlantic flight!
He was also driving very fast, probably to be able to get to both airports in time.
Another meaning from me, it is not reasonable to charge night taxes to go to the airport at seven o'cklock in the morning. Seven is not in night and the flight was 10.35.
I was picked up by the local taxi company at 6.50am with one customer already on board. After 30 minutes or so it became apparent that we were travelling in the wrong direction from Ciampino Airport. We in fact travelling towards Flumicino. When we arrived at Flumicino Airport the driver looked at us as if to say here we are.. I explained that we needed to travel Ciampino Airport and he seemed bemused. He then rang his office I presume.. We then embarked on a mad drive through the early morning rush hour to get to Ciampino.. Is this normal practice? I think not!!
Poor value for money. There is a standard taxi fare in Rome from the city to Ciampino airport of 30e and the taxis are efficient and plentiful. The drivers are polite and spoke a good level of English. The bus was going to pick us up at 10.20 for a 14.05 flight which seemed ridiculous to us as the journey time is only about 20 minutes. We cancelled the booking but were still charged. It proved to be the correct decision however because the airport is the smallest airport in the world with one coffee bar and no lounge! The staff were all very polite however.
