One of our best tours in Italy! The trip was easy to book, the group was easy to find and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable.

Outstanding tour, it's so much better having a guide to tell you what you're looking at and to show you the best of the best. We had a wonderful guide. The Colosseum is incredible, wish we had just a little more time inside. Palatine Hill was a big surprise, we didn't expect to see the ruins of the Emperor's Palace, it's enormous and fascinating. The Roman Forum is just as fascinating, just walking through the ruins of a place that once was the center of the universe is so cool! My husband and I loved it. It was super hot the day we did it and our guide made sure to make stops in the shade and was extremely knowledgeable.

Absolutely fantastic, our guide was an absolute gem. She was very witty and knowledgeable and made the tour very enjoyable with her jokes and witty banter. Her knowledge of ancient Rome was also very impressive and gave us a pretty good picture of what Rome was like before and after Christ. I would give this tour top marks and would also like to thank our lovely guide for a very memorable and enjoyable experience.

Great guide, with a full audio commentary of the Colosseum and the old palace ruins. Much better with a guide than just walking around yourself, the guide provides an entertaining commentary and was very knowledgeable.

Bravo to our tour guide. He was a native who obviously was still in love with Rome and its ancient history. His grasp of the history was matched by his enthusiasm. He really made these ruins come to life. Definitely got the value for our money.

Our guide was great and really showed a passion for the history. Everything went smooth and would highly recommend a guides tour for first timers and with Viator, no problems.

The guide took us to sights that I had never heard of. He must have been an archaeologist because the sights and the knowledge that was offered was amazing!!!

We had never before been a part of a tour group and were somewhat hesitant to part with the money it requires!! After experiencing your tour we now wish that we had done so in London and Paris on previous trips. Our guide was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
