Our guide was just superb, she was so passionate and very well informed about the art and its history. She was clearly the best guide on our entire trip. She was also very helpful on how to get back to our transportation. Very caring and concerned individual. I would definitely look for her again.
Our guide, Mark, was knowledgeable and interesting. He kept our interest and had conversation with everyone on the tour. The Gallery is fabulous and we loved the tour.
Great tour, the guide really brought the tour to life. Could have spent so much longer there, sadly time limit on visitors.
Inside tour was great...........outside walking, not much to see, waste of time
Fabulous tour because of our wonderful tour guide - Rebecca. She was extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about the art in the museum. You could tell she loved her job. Rebecca was not only knowledgable but she was a pleasure to be around. She really made the tour interesting and fun. Based on this experience we would definitely take another tour through your company.
This is the 2nd time I have taken this tour thru Viator. Both times have been excellent. Our guide this time, Mike, was great. Very knowledgeable and his enthusiasm was obvious. I highly recommend him.
I highly recommend this tour for the quality of the guide we had. She was a great communicator, very thoughtful and we learned so much from her. Access to this gallery is very strictly controlled so, going with a guide is really the best way. It is a beautiful gallery and the walk in the gardens afterwards was also wonderful. Again, the charming young guide told us so much about the history and current use of the overall area. She was really an asset!
It was a great tour. Our guide - Lindy- was excellent, bringing great energy and enthusiasm to complement her knowledge of the art. She focused on the true highlights in the collection, a very good idea given the strict time limits and the extent of the displays. Can recommend this guide and this tour without hesitation.
Gia was great! Very knowledgeable and great at avoiding the bigger crowds and groups. She told lots of interesting stories. I could have stayed all day!
In my opinion 1 of the top 3 things to see in Rome. The other 2: Ostea Antica and the Jewish Qtr. The Villa Borghese was CLEAN, adequately maintained, the artwork fabulous, and the guide extremely knowledgeable about the subject. It was worth my time and money.
This tour was by far the highlight of Rome for me, as the guide, Violet, was very knowledgable and passionate about the subject. Despite my feet being sore from walking day in and day out on my European excursion, I wanted to stay and listen for hours and hours more. I could do another tour with Violet, any day. She was very accommodating and inclusive to all members of the tour.
This was a great tour made thoroughly enjoyable by our guide Rebecca. She was extremely
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the works of art as well as the history of the museum and the Borghese family. Rebecca brought the works of art to life in an way that was understandable to those of us who are not well versed on art history. I would highly recommend a guided tour of the Borghese gallery and try to get Rebecca if you can.
Tremendously enjoyed the tour. Very well versed guide, sophisticated, patient and discerning as to the highlights of the gallery. Very nice albeit somewhat slow paced walk of the gardens.
