Excellent Tour! The Catacombs were extremely interesting and educational. Pictures were not allowed in the Chapel or below ground, so no pictures. The tour of the Bisillica de San Clemente was unbelievable with its many levels below ground, down to the original level of ancient Rome. Again, no pictures allowed. The Capuchin Crypt and Museum was a little too much, with over 4,000 monk skeletons used to decorate the underground crypts, but was very interesting. Highly recommend this tour if the bones won't scare you.

The crypts were on my tour list because I am a writer and needed to go there. The best part of the tor was a stop at a church built on a church, built on top of a first century apartment building with running water! The water system still worked!

Talk about cool! Not only are you able to walk in catacombs that are centuries and centuries old, but you learn a lot of history about the reasons why those catacombs are there and what has been done to keep them. The crypts are awesome as well! It's a beautiful thing and definitely a must see!

Good tour, great tour guides. Disappointed that we couldn't take our cameras in for pictures at any of the locations, but understand why.

Excellent. The locations visited were interesting and worthwhile. Peter was an excellent guide, perfect English, informative, great communication skills and personable. Meeting point was easy to find. This was our second tour with Viator, and we did another yesterday. All have been good value and I highly recommend them

Very informative, very interesting and our guide was wonderful. She had so much enthusiasm and so much compassion for her subject that she inspired all of us. This also involved bus trips between the catacombs which was also a terrific bonus. Would recommend highly.

This tour was great. The visit to the San Celement basilica was very enjoyable and served as a trip back in time through successive periods of occupation of the city. The catacombs was a wonderful experience.

Probably one of the best tours we have ever taken. The catacombs and crypt (where 3,700 human skeletons were used to decorate some of the monastery rooms) and the current church which was built over another church and again over a 3rd church was a real eye opener! Very enjoyable, the tour guide, an Argentinian lady was excellent - very good English and knowledge of all the places of interest - in fine detail, with histories too!
