Loved it. The food was great and there were a lot of servings. Glad we purchased this in the U.S. Food in Rome is so expensive.

Sat down within 10 minutes in a crowded Hard Rock Cafe on New Year's Eve. Great food!!

It did what it says in the ad! We walked straight in no queuing. Fantastic food at half-the-price. We chose the diamond menu and weren't disappointed. DO NOT use this for children there meals are far cheaper and are tailored for there tastes. We just booked two adult meals and ordered the children's meals whilst there! This DOES save you money and is so easy to use, we printed off the voucher as per ad instructions and handed it in, they gave us a DIAMOND menu which is different to the normal one, we feel a better one, and were seated ordered our Main Course, Drink and Dessert and it was delicious. We noticed from the main menu that with our sterling to Euro exchange rate, I know we went when it was really bad, we saved about HALF the normal cost of the meal so were really pleased and satisfied! We have no qualms in recommending this Hard Rock Cafe voucher or the establishment itself we were treated really well and the voucher was accepted like cash, no second class citizen syndrome here! And no queues either!

It was excellent. The people at Hard Rock were waiting for us, and the service was incredible. I really think everyone should do this when they are in Rome.

Definitely worth booking in advance. We booked the diamond menu for Thursday, and although it was a very busy evening we only had to wait a few minutes before our table was ready. Enjoyed it so much, we went back for lunch before flying home on Sunday.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. From the minute we walked in until the minute we left, they made sure that we were taken care of, we really enjoyed our meal and highly recommend it.

Food was as always in Hard Rock Cafe, great. We had a problem on the Monday as we were late back from Pompeii and they allowed us to transfer the booking to Tuesday which was extremely helpful to us.
