Excellent from the moment we entered. The staff were helpful, and efficient. The food was excellent. First visit and hopefully we will visit again
The food voucher was amazing value .half price what is offered on the menus and unlimited coke as well .. We bought two vouchers and only had to wait 5 minutes to get a table well worth getting ..great buy !!!

What a great experience, service was great, food was awesome, unfortunately their is so much of it, we couldn't eat it all.

Tonnes of lovely food at more than half the price. A definite must if you are a Hard Rock fan.
As usual the quality of food was execellent and service was exemplary compared to barcelona and paris HRC.Also loved the no waiting as there was always a massive queue but was able to be seated straight away.
They also swapped some same priced starters for me as i was allergic just ask and they will help out.
This was AWESOME! We ate here on Easter day and just as I thought, it was packed! As soon as I showed up with my voucher, we were seated within 3 minutes. So, that was great because we would have waited at least another hour to be seated with the crowd that was already out the door. The food was excellent as was the service by all. We really enjoyed this experience and would do it again in a heartbeat!!!
Made our way over to the Hard Rock which had a large enough group of people waiting to be seated. Walked past this group of about 20 people they where not all together, I presented my voucher and was seated immediately.The starters gave you a choice of two different salads we had one of each both fantastic.Plenty of choices on main course we both had burgers and chips and totally enjoyed them all washed down with a soft drink,great value.
It was well worth the price the quantity, quality and friendly staff made our evening.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED!
LOVED this experience. One of the times I went (I bought several passes for different days) there were up to 2 hour waits. I got right in and it was a breeze! Loved this restaurant and the area of town it's in.
