When we arrived the head waiter was telling people to come back in 1 hour for their table. When we presented our voucher we were immediately brought to the interior of the premises and seated within 10 minutes. The food was excellent and the drinks were very reasonably priced. Service and atmosphere were excellent. Would highly recommend this tour.

It was Valentine's Day and the wait for a table was about 2 hours but because we had the skip the line we only waited about 20 minutes.

Absolutely fabulous restaurant, and the shop too! The people there were great and although it was packed, we only waited 5 minutes for a good table. Excellent food!

As described, presented voucher and was put to the front of the queue. Did not have to wait long on a table, but the food was a bit disappointing. The burger was a bit soggy and the fries were way overcooked. The staff were polite and courteous, but I got the impression that they were more interested in regular paying customers. The menu could offer a few more choices as I thought this was very limited. No match to similar in America.

We were seated straight away in a less crowded part of restaurant. Great atmosphere and food.

My husband wanted to go here and it was a good atmosphere there and the staff friendly and you could buy t-shirts etc if you wished.

I'm not sure that we really needed to "skip the line" as there was no line, but the restaurant was busy. What was good was having everything prepaid. I think it saved us since the markets crashed while we were over there. The restaurant was good, it was a nice change from pasta and pizza.

Hour and a half queue on a Saturday night, but got a table within 5 minutes.

Very American as are we but I guess that's the idea. Good Rock and Roll artifacts on display. Good service. Good location. Good price for the meal.

The choice of food was OK, but I was a bit disappointed with the quality and expected slightly better given it was the Hard Rock. The skip the line idea great, but wasn't busy when we got there, so got seated straight away anyway!! Definitely worth doing for busy times though.
